3D gedruckte Formeinsätze
A mould with conformal cooling, additive manufactured out of H11 (1.2343)? Currrently a task where only a few providers can deliver the right solution. /H&B/ is convinced of the benefits of this steel, as well as most oft he mould makers are convinced: wear resistance, thermal stability, heat conductivity and hot hardnes. As one of the first providers in market we now are able to print parts out of H11 (1.2343). Additionally we offer the design of the conformal cooling channels, based on in-depth knowledge of our engineers as well as years of experience in mouldmaking and injection moulding. The impact of conforming cooling on all components, mould, tempering unit and injection moulding process is evaluated through a comprehensive approach.

3D scanner ZEPHYR III
Advanced 3D scanner for CMM, designed to meet growing productivity needs. Available with a 300mm, a 150mm or a 50mm laser line, the Zephyr III 3D scanner covers all measurement requirements on CMMs machines. It is a high-end product able to easily scan the most complex parts in record time. As a versatile product, it can be switched to measuring arm, robot and machine tool.

3D-LASERENGRAVING
COMPLETELY DIGITAL AND VIRTUALLY UNLIMITED. 3D-LaserEngraving is effected with the most modern, fully digital technology for maximum performance. This makes possible virtually endless design options for innovative and individual textures. In this process, the engraving is applied directly to the steel surface of the mold with a five-axis fiber laser, working in every dimension. The successive build-up of the topography for the engraving takes place in individual ablation steps, removing layers of varying thicknesses. The number of layers and steps determines the depth and the three-dimensionality of the engraving.

4 Parts. 3 Polymers. 1 Colour.
Do you manufacture assembly parts from different polymers - and the entire part is supposed to have a uniform colour? This can be achieved with homogeneously compounded thermoplastics granulates in the customer's desired colour. Assembly parts that consist of different polymers and whose inherent colours differ significantly from each other can be produced in a uniform colour by using solid coloured thermoplastic compounds. By contrast to the process of self-colouring in the injection moulding machine when using masterbatches, even the slightest colour differences may be reliably compensated for when colourants in powder form are compounded into thermoplastics granulates. As a result, the granulates are visually uniformly coloured.

HPC+ Designed for manual operation on 5-axis machining centers with T-slot tables or HPB machine tables • Tool-free quick-change clamping jaws • Positioning of the fixed base jaw on the base rail can be freely positioned or in a fixed grid at 20 mm intervals • Clamping range from 10 to 1335 mm (without loss of clamping force). Four base rail lengths are available, allowing for quick and flexible adjustment of the clamping range using drawbar and base rail extensions • Fully encapsulated telescopic spindle with a basic clamping stroke of 60 mm and optical end position control • Maximum clamping force of 50 kN. This eliminates the need for pre-forming • Base rails are secured with internal, interference-free trapezoidal clamping jaws. Side clamping jaws are also available • Interference contour optimized for 5-axis machining • Available in heights of 150, 180, and 210 mm • Planar parallel support surfaces for parallel guides. This enables 5- and 6-sided machining. The base jaws can be clamped and guided on different track widths. No need to turn or retool the base jaws. HEC+ is optimized for automated 5-axis machining centers with pallet changing systems. Tool-free quick-change clamping jaws are available. The fixed base jaw is positioned on the base rail in a fixed 25 mm increment. The clamping range is 10 to 530 mm (without loss of clamping force). Four base rails are available, and the clamping range can be quickly adjusted using drawbar extensions.
