Air-cooling-lubrication technology medium distributor
The patented air- cooling lubrication technology medium distributor is technically unique and achieves the impressive production results by using compressed air, which is blown along the cutting edges from a stationary nozzle body (red sleeve). The medium distributor mills in a technically and physically different way to conventional systems and completely replaces coolant and MQL solutions. It works without a coolant supply through the spindle (IKZ) and offers a sustainable and resource-saving solution to the usual additive systems.

AL-Q
The AL-Q from ALPHA LASER is a laser class 1 welding cell designed for automated production. It features an electric door that opens and closes at the push of a button, facilitating quick loading of the work chamber. The centrally arranged worktable accommodates individual parts or magazines, and long components can be inserted through a passage in the worktable or optional side slots. For enhanced automation, a pick-and-place system can be connected or retrofitted. The AL-Q is available with air-cooled fiber laser sources of 150, 300, 450, or 600 watts, with the 450 and 600-watt versions optionally water-cooled. It supports various ALPHA LASER processing heads, with an optional quick-change system. Programming is user-friendly via the WINLaserNC software, which doesn't require G-codes. Manual welding tasks can also be performed by connecting optional 2D video goggles, allowing work with the door open under additional safety measures. An external extraction system efficiently removes welding fumes.

AL-Rock
The AL-ROCK mobil by ALPHA LASER is a versatile, fully integrated robotic system designed for laser surface hardening and welding applications. Equipped with a powerful 4 kW fiber laser, it offers seven distinct processes in a single machine, including laser welding, surface layer hardening, and additive manufacturing with metal. Its compact design and caterpillar track ensure easy mobility, allowing quick positioning at the workpiece and readiness for operation in under five minutes. The system includes various interchangeable optical components and integrates all necessary elements, such as the robot controller and powder feeder, eliminating the need for additional control cabinets. ALW
The ALW from ALPHA LASER is a comfortable, ergonomic, and compact laser welding system with a closed housing, allowing it to be used in standard production environments without additional safety precautions. The height-adjustable footplate and variable viewing angle from 10° to 50° enable a customizable working position. The large doors facilitate easy loading, and the system is operated intuitively via a display or the patented multifunction foot switch. The precise joystick controls the X, Y, Z, and R axes for exact movements. The ALW is available in different models, including ALW 200, ALW 300, ALW 300 F, and ALW 450 F, offering varying laser power levels. An optional automatic wire feeder (LAFet) can be installed, and the included ergonomic tube ensures an optimal microscope position. The robust design of the ALW is suitable for both manual and programmed laser welding, including processing materials such as aluminum, precious metals, titanium, and sensitive alloys.
