Single-Stage Shredding of Solid Start-Up Chunks

The MDSG 1000/600 BR lump shredders shred solid start-up lumps, clumps, sheets, and similar materials in a single stage. The lump shredder's rotor is machined from a single block, resulting in exceptional stability when transmitting even high torques.

The U-CUT blade geometry utilizes a cutting principle based on a "peeling cut" combined with a cutting depth limiter. This prevents the rotor blades from cutting too deeply into the plastic lumps being shredded.

The material is "peeled" from the lump, preventing rotor jamming and ensuring fast and energy-efficient shredding.
