Wheels and rolls in general We coat different rollers & wheels with our special PUR formulations to have the appropriate wheel for every each application PUR wheel coatings adhere to metal base bodies as well as to plastics such as GRP, CRP, polyamide, POM or PUR of a high degree of hardness (two- layer structure). We produce PU wheel coatings especially tailored to our customer´s needs in industrial application, for example driving wheels, heavy-duty wheels, forklift tyres, friction wheels, feed wheels, hold-down wheels, band saw wheels, pump wheels, pulleys, and many more rubberised wheels and rolls. We also coat your existing or new wheel base bodies. If necessary, we also offer complete wheels or complete rolls including ball bearings and services such as assembly and disassembly of ball bearings. The majority of thermoplastics cannot be marked economically sufficient without the addition of special laser additives. ROWALID®-LS masterbatches enable laser marking of thermoplastics. The special additives increase the absorption ability of the polymer matrix or change color themselves (intrinsic effect) and thus create a permanent change in color. A whitish/light grey marking is achieved by foaming, whereas carbonization or coloring of the additive results in a dark/dark grey marking. By combining special additives and colorants even colored markings can be achieved.

With ROWALID®-CC , ROWA Masterbatch brings color into play and always hits the right tone. The RT400 is a rotary indexing table that is designed to allow laser marking of workpieces using a process that requires virtually no interruptions. The RT400 can be loaded and unloaded while the laser marking process is still in progress, and the time this saves is a boon to series production.
