LEADGENERIERUNG MIT TOUCH & COLLECT UND VISIT CONNECT

KUTENO has successfully established itself in the plastics industry and has grown every year since it was founded. It attracts a great deal of attention from both visitors and exhibitors.

As a service provider to the industry, we are currently receiving many requests from exhibitors and trade visitors that can no longer be met in the long term with the current location in Rheda-Wiedenbrück.

KUTENO 2025 is relocating in order to meet the requirements of increasing attention.

From 2025, KUTENO will take place at the Bad Salzuflen Exhibition Centre!

DATE: 13-15 May 2025

Each exhibitor receives one to three TOUCH&COLLECT readers at their stand (depending on the EasyGo package booked) for the digital exchange of visitors’ contact details and exhibitor information at the trade fair.

As soon as visitors touch your reader with their visitor badge, they collect all the information about your company and products that you have uploaded to your MyEasyfairs account. At the end of the trade fair day, visitors receive this information as a trade fair summary by e-mail. In return, you receive the data of all those visitors who have touched your reader with their visitor badge. We will send you this list by e-mail at the end of the trade fair.

With this web application, you can collect leads during the event and qualify them immediately. Your booth staff can create custom questions, take notes (written, verbal or picture) and record additional information.

Simply scan the QR code on the visitor badge with your smartphone. This gives you all the visitor’s contact details digitally.

You can also export all scans to Excel so that you can easily follow up on the leads of your potential partners and customers. All your stand personnel can use VisitConnect during the event.

The EasyGo package is part of all Easyfairs trade fairs. The service package is based on the latest developments in digital marketing technology. You will find your booked EasyGo package within MyEasyfairs. You can book your upgrade there as well.

Company-specific codes for free tickets

You will receive company-specific voucher codes and registration links to activate free tickets.

Stand construction planning with stand construction partner

  • 10 weeks before the deadline (approx. 16 weeks before the trade fair) you will receive the first info mail (details of the process) from us.
  • Within the next 2 weeks you will be contacted by telephone for the first time to discuss the details of your stand planning with you.

  • 6 weeks before the deadline you will receive the second info mail from us.
  • You will then be contacted again to finalise the details of the stand planning.
  • 2 weeks before the deadline you will receive the third info mail from us.
  • Finally, you will receive a last note from us: Stand processing only possible for 3 more days. Please contact us if you still do not know the details.Please submit your graphics by the deadline so that we can guarantee a safe processing.
    Any graphics we receive after this time can no longer be guaranteed. If you have any questions, please get in touch with your contact from the relevant operations team.

We warn you against unauthorised trade fair directories that request data matching from exhibitors at our trade fairs. Companies are active that advertise their products and services in a misleading manner using the name of the fair and the organiser. We clearly distance ourselves from the business practices of these and similar companies. The data used by these companies are mostly copied from generally accessible sources (e.g. online exhibitor directories, catalogues, etc.).

Please take care to carefully check any offers you receive for trade fair directories. We strongly warn you against the companies mentioned in the introductory list and their sometimes misleading offers and requests for payment.

The entries for the official directories of the all about automation trade fairs, such as the listing in the exhibitor list, are all made free of charge online in MyEasyfairs.

Beware of list providers /data offers and similar scams! Please also watch out for fraudulent offers of list data and other “services” that you may receive via unsolicited emails.

If you receive such a communication, it is certainly fraudulent and does not originate from Easyfairs. We never sell visitor data to third parties.
