A beautifully designed, practical control unit with one connection each for a brushless motor and a conventional motor with carbon brushes. You can simply switch back and forth, change the direction of rotation, select the speed continuously and, if you wish, connect a foot switch. The respective speed is clearly shown on a display. clearly visible on a display. No matter how you turn the control unit, it always looks great, is very robust, has a practical carrying handle and a transparent holder for a micromotor. The respective micromotor is controlled by pressing a foil switch. a membrane switch. For easy visual control, the LED display changes from green = with carbon brushes to orange = brushless. There is a connection for the brush motor on the front. This makes it possible to work with angle heads or the ReciproHandy filing machine. Each motor connection is labelled A or B.

    5. Planova®: Bio-based and biodegradable PLA films

Planova®: Bio-based and biodegradable PLA films

With our innovative Planova films, based on PLA, we are setting new standards in this area. These are an integral part of our sustainable product range. PLA is a type of bioplastic. This term refers to plastics that are made from renewable raw materials as well as those that are biodegradable or compostable. PLA is made from sugar cane or corn starch, for example, and is therefore industrially compostable and decomposes under certain conditions into CO2 and water alone. Material with a sustainable future: SÜDPACK Planova films reduce the CO₂-footprint, decrease the need for finite, petroleum-based raw materials, and thus protect the environment and climate. In addition, the films are food-safe (FOOD CERT). At the POS, the bio-based films impress with their high transparency and gloss, pleasant feel, and diverse design options.

    6. PlanTool production

      PlanTool production

Support for series production. Delivery call-offs received via EDI are analyzed. The use of family tools is recognized. Suggestions for production and sales orders are automatically generated for the selected time period based on the master data. When calculating material requirements, call-offs that have not yet been converted into orders are also taken into account. The order proposals therefore also clearly show the material required for future orders.

    7. PlanTool, from Toolmaker for toolmakers

      PlanTool, from Toolmaker for toolmakers

PlanTool is the solution for toolmaking and similar tasks such as special machine construction, prototype production, etc. PlanTool is used to analyze new orders without detailed planning, current orders with partial detailed planning and orders with complete detailed planning in a single process. The simulation results show which deadlines can be achieved for the projects, taking into account the overloading of individual resource groups. The effect of changed planning approaches can also be simulated. In addition, PlanTool fully supports all tasks from quotation preparation to delivery and invoicing. Interfaces for common ERP systems such as SAP, Navsion and others are available for the toolmaking department.
