High Precision Tool Making
Well-designed molds are the foundation of successful parts. Manufacturability and lifecycle costs are determined in this complex and precise process, which adheres to the exact specifications of the part while considering key mold design components. In addition to reducing cost, increasing quality, and optimizing performance, proper mold design and mold building are among our Five Keys to Success. As part of our mold development process, we use the latest CAD technology and software to ensure that a robust mold design is built to meet SPI standards, as well as moldflow analysis to review all mold designs and parts.

High-gloss lapping allows us to produce a parallel, wave-free and (almost) perfect surface by machine.

High-performance ball milling cutter
For roughing and pre-finishing in pre-hardened and hardened steel from 30-70 HRC. Ø1-12, Z4, 40° twist angle and SST coating.

High-Speed Piece Picking
DYNAMIC ROBOTICS MEETS COMPLEX PIECE PICKING In addition to consumer desires for individuality, speed and flexibility, the wide variety of products and items plays a central role in internal process design. For order picking, this means a move away from case picking and towards piece picking. Instead of cartons with products, the products themselves are handled separately from the cartons. These products can present a wide variety of geometries in a matter of seconds: tubes, cylinders, cuboids and blisters. The combination of precise robot and gripper systems, visual object recognition and customised software means there is no need to teach in individual items. The whole system used for order picking is therefore completely and fully automated – and able to handle any product.

Highly effective purging compound for thermoplastics
Our AF-Clean® purging compounds for injection moulding and extrusion systems are suitable for all thermoplastics and offer reliable and efficient high-performance cleaning. The combination of active ingredients removes polymer residues and colour residues effectively and thoroughly without damaging the machine components. - Particularly efficient when changing colours and materials - Reduction of cleaning and set-up times - Minimisation of production scrap - Improvment of production quality - Extending equipment life Processing recommendations: The granules should be used pure, no mixing is required. Cleaning should be carried out immediately after the end of production. A high dosing speed and high back pressure are recommended as processing parameters. Our cleaning compounds do not contain any corrosive components, which means that they can remain in the machine without problems. The cylinder should be purged first – after cleaning the cylinder, the hot runner can be purged.

Highly wear-resistant stainless steel pipe bends HVA NIRO®
We can supply you with highly wear-resistant stainless steel pipe bends which have a service life 20 - 30 times longer than that of standard stainless steel pipe bends. This high degree of wear protection is required, for example, for conveying of fibreglass-reinforced plastic granules or similarly abrasive media. • Diameters from 38.0 mm to 139.7 mm • Wall thicknesses from 1.5 mm to 5.0 mm • Radii of 250 / 500 / 800 / 1000 mm • For highly abrasive products • Easy installation • No stepped pipe couplings and no flange connections required Highly wear-resistant branch pipes are also available in all sizes, diameters and angle degrees. Hochglanzpolituren
High-gloss polishes aren't always high-gloss. The quality of a high-gloss polish depends on the machining process, the type of steel, and the pre-treatment. Using our custom-designed sample plate, you can compare and select from a variety of polishes on a table displaying Ra and Rz values on a plastic plate. This is especially useful for design and project management when communicating with customers.
