      Traditionally, we offer polishing services for steel and aluminium. Our range of services includes high-gloss polishing, line polishing, mass polishing, demolding polishing and polishing with etching tests due to preparation of molds and parts for coating. We also regenerate the surfaces through laser deposition welding and finishing polishing. We also polish single parts or elements (for example within medical engineering or luxury goods or within development of prototypes and short runs). Naturally, we oer the quality control by a highly-modern measurement technology. We also oer laser precision technology such as laser welding, laser hardening and laser engraving and spotting services. According to the growing demands of our customers, we have also set the course for the further development of mold services as a complex service. In this way, we can also oer new services beyond just polishing. At the same time, we are also working on the automation of the polishing processes and are also expanding the “custom polishing” area. We work precisely, to the point and manage also short-term orders.

Je nach Kundenwunsch polieren wir Werkzeuge aus den Bereichen Kunststoff-Spritzguss- und Extrusion, sowie Umformung. Polierte Flächen stehen grundsätzlich für einen besseren Materialfluss und für optisch gute Sichtflächen auf den fertigen Produkten. Polierte Oberflächen zeichnen sich zudem durch geringe Materialanhaftungen aus, sorgen für ein weiches und exzellentes Fließverhalten und damit für höhere Standzeiten.

POLYblend is a product family of PC/ABS blends. POLYblend is particularly useful for industrial materials. A unique combination of excellent mechanical and thermal properties allows application in a variety of industrial segments. POLYblend has superb processability and provides aesthetic surfaces. Polykemi offers a complete program of POLYblend for injection molding and extrusion. The products are available with many different variations, including with multiple reinforcing agents, high-gloss versions, with plating or flame-retardant varieties. The materials are used with advantage in automotive, household and electrical applications. PC/ABS blend is a thermoplastic alloy of PC and ABS components. ABS is a well-known and widely used thermoplastic. The material has reasonable mechanical and chemical properties, but its use can be limited by low heat resistance. It gives a glossy surface and has good pigmentation capabilities. Polycarbonate is a plastic with high impact resistance and heat resistance. However, this plastic raw material may be difficult to process, for example in injection molding. By mixing PC with ABS, a material with improved mechanical and heat-resistant properties is obtained as compared to pure ABS. The processability is better than pure PC.

      Our product range includes compounds based on thermoplastics. We offer existing materials based on long experience, but we also develop new materials. Our wide range of products gives us an excellent starting point to offer optimal customized compounds, based on specified technical and economical requirements, from any of our almost 20 materials families. A product range with almost 20 materials families The base polymers in our customized compounds range from the partial crystalline thermoplastics, such as PP, PBT, POM & PA6 and PA66, to the amorphous thermoplastics, such as ABS, ASA SAN PC, and PMMA. In addition to these, we also have a large number of BLENDS among our families of materials, which means materials containing more than one base polymer. We also have the environmentally friendly recycled materials families REPRO and REZYcom. REPRO is the standard range of compounds based on recycled plastic raw materials, and REZYcom is the customer-specific and custom-made compounds made with recycled plastic raw materials.

      POLYKETONE Polyketon [of Hyosung, Korea] New Green polymeric material composed of carbon-monoxide and olefin (ethylene, propylene). Composition – ENPLA Ter-Polymer (carbon-monoxide + ethylene + propylene) – Super Fiber Co-Polymer (carbon-monoxide + ethylene) High Impact Strength More than 230% higher impact strength compared to Nylon, PBT. Generally PA6, PA66 has high tensile property but impact strength and elongation is low. Polyketone have good impact strength and elongation with enough tensile property. No deterioration due to good hydrolysis resistance. Excellent Chemical Resistance, Excellent fuel resistance, small change after 3,000 hrs test 2 times superior to PA12, current material for automotive tube. Excellent Tribological Property Polyketone has 14 times higher anti-abrasion property than that of POM, currently most stiff material. It helps almost permanent use without change. High Barrier Property Same level of EVOH, top class of food packaging material due to the gas barrier property. (EVOH : multi-layer, Polyketone : mono-layer) Polyketone has excellent barrier property to hydrocarbon, with a good chemical resistance. Excellent Flame Retardant Polyketone makes water, reacted ketone(C=O) group with hydrogen during burning and Char layer covered surface not to contact to oxygen and heat. 50% dose of flame retardant additive compared to Nylon (UL-V0 rate). High Productivity High crystallinity of Polyketone helps to shorten cycle time and improves productivity.

POLYlux is Polykemi’s product family of plastic compounds based on a PC / PBT blend. POLYlux is a construction material with an excellent balance of stiffness and impact resistance in a wide temperature window. In addition, the product is weather resistant, heat resistant and chemical resistant. Polykemi offers a POLYlux product range for injection molding. For example, POLYlux can be obtained with reinforcing agents, improved flowability or increased heat resistance. PC / PBT is suitable for the production of exterior vehicle and white goods components. The PC / PBT blend is a construction material that combines the benefits of amorphous PC and crystalline PBT. PC is responsible for impact resistance at low temperatures and dimensional stability, while PBT provides chemical resistance and rigidity to the blend.

      TechnoCompound GmbH is a supplier of customised plastic compounds. Polymers under the brand names TechnoFin, TechnoFiber, TechnoGreen, TechnoDur and TechnoForce are compounded, refined and modified on modern production facilities to meet customer-specific requirements. The broad product portfolio of functionally modified plastics ranges from commodities and technical compounds to thermoplastic elastomers (TechnoElast). With a capacity of around 35,000 tonnes, the company produces polyolefin and polyamide compounds, (TechnoMid) long glass fibre compounds, electrically conductive compounds and carbon fibre-reinforced compounds.       Precision welding system piggyWelder® 4

      Welding is carried out in a single-pulse process with minimal heat input into the base material, enabling the smallest repair areas on surfaces, edges and corners without edge burns. Preheating the workpiece is no longer necessary with this "cold welding process". By means of "creative pulse modulation", the weld pool can be influenced depending on the task for an optimum welding result and inclusions or blowholes can be avoided. You weld with a very handy handpiece with a tungsten electrode Ø 0.6, 0.8 or 1.0 mm. You determine the welding spot with this extremely thin electrode. Now comes the special part: You touch the electrode tip very precisely to the spot for the welding point. After 2 1/2 seconds, the control unit triggers the weld. The contact pressure is controlled. This effectively prevents the electrode from sticking. At the same time, an electromagnet retracts the electrode. You position the electrode precisely for the next spot. After 1 second, all subsequent points are triggered precisely. If speed is of the essence, the number of cycles can now be adjusted. Parallel to welding, the shutter is closed in the microscope. This can make precision welding really fun. The 10x microscope is quickly set up. The built-in LED light illuminates the entire welding area evenly. The field of view is sufficiently large with a diameter of 20 mm. If you now come with a handpiece and filler metal, you can use the thin, pointed electrode to determine exactly where you want to weld. The built-in LCD visual protection filter closes the light path during the welding time. The whole thing happens in milliseconds. You and your eyes are effectively protected. The hydraulic swivelling arm allows you to position the microscope quickly and easily exactly where you need it.
