DREYLUB | UHMW-PE Compound | Unique plastic: DREYLUB & UHMWPE properties can be customised to specific needs. PFOA-FREE: DREYLUB offers a safer alternative to PTFE, to be used in high wear or low friction applications.

DREYLUB UHMW PE Compound Unique UHMWPE compound that can be thermoplastically processed as granulate, making it suitable for both injection molding and extrusion. Benefits of DREYLUB: Self-Lubricating and Friction-Reducing: Thanks to its self-lubricating nature, DREYLUB eliminates the need for external lubrication, making it ideal for applications where parts are in constant motion, such as in automotive, industrial machinery, and office equipment. This feature extends the lifespan of components, reducing maintenance costs. Superior Abrasion Resistance: DREYLUB compounds offer significantly higher wear resistance than traditional materials like nylon or acetal, making them perfect for high-friction environments. This property makes it an excellent choice for sliding parts in industries like automotive and electronics. High Chemical and Temperature Stability: DREYLUB resists chemicals, including acids and alkalis, and performs exceptionally well even in extreme temperatures. This makes it suitable for applications in harsh environments, such as in industrial machinery or medical devices where chemical exposure is common. Noise Reduction: The noise-dampening properties of DREYLUB are particularly valuable in consumer electronics and automotive interiors, where quiet operation is essential for user comfort. Sustainability and Recyclability: One of the standout features of DREYLUB is its recyclability. With its thermoplastic processability, it offers a sustainable solution that aligns with today’s focus on reducing waste and promoting circular economies.

    2. Drive Unit NTA

      Drive Unit NTA

The new NTA drive unit sets standards with its innovative design and functionality. The integrated, printed element for air flow to maximize thermal insulation from the tool can only be produced using the advantages of additive manufacturing. The NTA drive unit impresses with its compact design and pneumatic operation. With a diameter of 32 mm (35 mm) and a stroke of 8 mm, it offers optimum performance at an operating pressure of 6 bar. This drive unit is suitable for use up to nozzle size 22 and, thanks to its structure in the clamping plate, enables very small nest spacings. This makes it particularly suitable for high-cavity systems in the packaging, medical and pharmaceutical industries.

    3. Dryer attachment system TAS / TAS jet

Dryer attachment system TAS / TAS jet

The TAS can dry all plastic granules up to a temperature of 190°C. Its compact stainless steel design makes the device not only aesthetically pleasing but also ideal for industrial use. The modular structure of the drying system allows for optimal adaptation to various requirements. When mounted on the processing machine, the dryer can be automatically fed via an injector feed system (TAS jet). The dryer operates with expanded, deoiled, and dried compressed air. This compressed air is expanded in the dryer and heated by a heater. The heated air then flows through the plastic granules, removing the moisture. A microcontroller monitors the entire drying process. Using a proportional valve and a temperature sensor in the container, the required air volume is continuously monitored and adjusted to the process. This ensures gentle and energy-efficient drying of the plastic granules and prevents overdrying of the material. The large display allows for remote monitoring of the processes. If this is not possible, the control panel can be removed and placed within easy reach of the operator, which offers optimal operating comfort, for example on vertical machines.
