From 2024, we will be offering a service for non-destructive testing of various components with our ‘industrial computed tomography’ measurement service. Thanks to our experience and outstanding technology, we can not only provide you with volume models, but also real problem solutions. CON-Batch 30X
Do you want to save 30 % polypropylen in your formulation while maintaining the properties? Together with the Institute for Plastics Technology at the University of Stuttgart, we have developed a special product to be able to produce thermal films more sustainably by saving energy and materials. This project was funded by the German Federal Environmental Foundation (DBU). With our new product CONSTAB® CON-Batch 30X, films can be produced more densely and firmly - the film thickness, on the other hand, can be reduced by about 25 %, the heating power by about 20 %.

Conformal cooling
In contrast to conventional drilling cooling, contour-close cooling channels run close to the geometry along the cavity. Targeted heat dissipation enables a homogeneous mold temperature and significantly shortens the cooling phase. This method is particularly worthwhile for complex component geometries, tight tolerances, visible surfaces, and materials with challenging thermal behavior. In addition to improving quality, cycle times can be reduced and process stability and tool performance can be sustainably improved.

Container docking stations
An important addition to our container system is the docking station. It guarantees the effective and clean emptying of bulk material containers from various receptacles at a single interface. The docking station includes the connection to the containers and the transfer to your production unit, e.g. via a suction box or directly into a mixer. Easy operation is ensured by the fact that the container is optimally positioned on the station via centring lugs. The dustfree sealing of the connections is achieved by means of a spring-loaded contact pressure. The docking station guarantees simple, clean and dust-free transfer of the bulk material to the subsequent process. Container refrigeration systems using natural refrigerants
Container refrigeration systems offer a particularly flexible and practical solution for industrial refrigeration – especially when using the natural refrigerant propane. A key advantage lies in the pre-assembled design: the systems are delivered fully piped and electrically wired. This significantly reduces the installation effort on site and ensures quick and straightforward commissioning. All the system components are compactly integrated within the container. These include the chiller, pumps, a buffer tank and the control cabinet. Systems for water treatment and filtration technology can also be integrated as an option. This comprehensive integration ensures a high level of operational reliability and simplifies both planning and subsequent operation. Particular attention is paid to safety: the chiller is separated from the rest of the area by a partition wall. In addition, gas detection systems are installed to reliably monitor the use of propane. An access door with a panic lock also ensures that the container can be evacuated quickly at any time in an emergency. In addition to their high safety standards, the systems also impress with their energy efficiency. Propane has a very low global warming potential (GWP) and excellent thermodynamic properties, enabling economical and sustainable operation.
