TRIBOFORCE® is our product series of tribologically optimized compounds. The innovative materials improve the slide-friction behavior of mechanically and tribologically highly stressed parts, thus reducing wear and increasing the efficiency and service life of components that have to function smoothly under extreme conditions. In addition to minimizing friction losses at the expense of material and efficiency, the polymers counteract noise emissions caused by stick-slip effects, making them attractive materials for future markets such as e-mobility. The materials do not require the use of PTFE/PFAS or additional lubrication.

Labotek and Movacolor have combined their expertise to develop a pioneering solution for drying and dosing additives: the MDS Balance Drydose. This newly developed system combines, for the first time, highly efficient material drying with precise additive dosing – all in a single, compact unit. The MDS Balance Drydose thus sets new standards in plastics processing and offers a unique solution for the industry's increasing demands. The growing demand for bio-based materials, highly specialized engineering plastics, and increasingly stringent quality requirements necessitate new approaches to material preparation. This is precisely where the Drydose comes in: it ensures targeted, needs-based additive drying and makes a crucial contribution to further minimizing quality risks. A particular advantage of the system lies in the direct drying of the material within the dosing station directly at the machine inlet – without the need for additional drying units. This integration not only ensures consistently optimal moisture control but also simultaneously increases product quality, reduces rejects, and lowers energy consumption. Tubular Cartridge Heaters are the ideal heating for injection moulding tools. They are suitable for the heating of spigot automats and for mandrel heaters, e.g. with tube extrusion. Further to this Tubular Cartridge Heaters find their application within hot runner systems, at machinery nozzles and within die-cast production.

Our Tubular Heaters out of own production are mainly used at liquid baths, air heaters, hot runner systems, screw-in tubular heaters, flange heaters, heat registers, heat exchangers, continuous flow heaters and for tool heating. Furthermore they are used for the production of our Cast Heaters.

Due to the manufacturing process, our tubular heaters are flexible when cold and can be bent into a variety of shapes. The tubular radiators are available in two diameters, 6.5 mm and 8.5 mm, with five connection variants. The further appearance of the tubular heater is made to measure.
