VACUUM SYSTEMS AND CHAMBERS
We, the company Diener electronic, have been manufacturing vacuum systems for 25 years. During this time, we were able to gain a huge wealth of experience and knowledge in the field of vacuum technology. We incorporate this concentrated knowledge into our current products to improve them constantly. In doing so, we also challenge things that have "always been done that way", such as the classical structure of a vacuum chamber. The result is a unique, flexible chamber system based on extruded aluminium profiles. The three meter long profiles are cut to the desired length and equipped with a bolted rear wall and a door. Slits are provided in the side walls of the profile for easy insertion of the product carriers.

Vacuum systems for active venting of cavities
In injection molding, trapped air in the cavity can cause air bubbles, streaks, contamination, and combustion gases, negatively affecting product quality. Developed on the basis of the proven MCS® hot runner controller: Based on MCS hot runner controller technology, the integrated sequence editor offers an intuitive combination of a tabular display and graphical elements. This simplifies the creation of a sequence of a valve gate cycle and makes the diagnosis more transparent. Availability/equipment: Configurable in groups of 6, available for up to 30 nozzles, optionally with monitoring of end position.

With conventional edge protection or sealing profiles, a metal carrier is fed in, coated with PVC or TPE and given the desired profile shape. Our extensive range of granules gives us many possibilities to manufacture high-quality products (e.g. for food-compliant use) on our modern production facilities and to adjust the color and physical properties for suitable specifications. Our rubber profiles are manufactured from high-quality EPDM compounds according to a specific recipe on modern production facilities.

VARIO – hot runner controller 4 - 32 Zones
One visualisation – one operation: Despite its size, the handy VARIO turns out to be a highly user-friendly, efficient hot runner control device, thanks to its display that can be swiveled up and down. Two desk devices with up to 32 zones can be combined with each other via the master-slave function and controlled per touch panel through just one device. In addition, connecting further devices, including needle valve-control and pressure measurement system, is possible via standard Ethernet connection. The VARIO with microcontroller control meets the highest requirements for the process reliability of your plastic manufacture while remaining as small and handy as possible. A further step towards the future is the linkage of all hot runner controllers to a central mould server within your company network or via OPC/UA.

Precise needle guidance with pre-centring The easily changed pre-chamber with a compact, easy-to-produce tight fit offers precise needle guidance with pre-centring and is also highly resistant to abrasive and chemically aggressive materials. Individually geared to applications, the two new variants of the Vario Shot Xgate offer the ideal solution, either for amorphous or for semi-crystalline plastics. VARIO-TISCH with glass pipes
The Michel Vario-Tisch is a flexible modular system of a coupling station that enables all expansions and modifications in the future. In total, there are 10 Michel Vario-Tisch frames that are welded and equipped and are therefore delivered ready for installation. Brackets for transport and for later extensions (cover plates, coding brackets) are laser-cut into the frame. All tables have a uniform height and can therefore be positioned next to each other and one behind the other without changing the operating height. The center distance is the same across all frames, so the Michel Vario-Tisch can be extended in width as required by adding more frames. As standard, the Michel Vario-Tisch has two infeed levels and can be equipped with diameters of 40.0 / 45.0 / 50.0 / 60.3 mm in one frame – in all materials. This means that materials and pipes can be easily converted and rearranged afterwards with the help of the special locking suspension system. Both levels can also be connected to each other using Y-pieces. Panels, platforms and other attachments are completely freely configurable. Basically, a Michel Vario-Tisch coupling station can be configured and requested in a very short time. Dimensions can already be taken into account during the planning phase.
