The newest family of Husky hot runners—UltraShot™—offers dramatic advances over traditional injection technology. The UltraShot™ hot runner injection molding system features a servo-controlled injection system that permits more precise melt control than ever—right in the gate. How? By positioning the shooting pots in closer proximity to the gates and pressurizing the resin near the cavities, which reduces shear and thermal variations in part quality and performance. This enables part designers ultimate part freedom, removing design barriers caused by injection molding process constraints.

Husky UltraSync™ technology offers repeatable shot-to-shot and part-to-part consistency through precise stem closing, helping remove variation from the injection molding process. The precision of UltraSync technology is achieved by using either an electric servo motor option, hydraulic cylinder option or pneumatic cylinder option that moves the valve stems with 100% synchronization. In combination with its servo motor the electric option (UltraSync-E) is ideally suited for clean room applications and all electric machines.

We design and manufacture dampers to meet our customers' needs and requirements. It makes no difference whether the order is for a small quantity or a large production run. We can supply individual components as well as complete, ready-to-install systems. In order to minimise costs, we primarily investigate the use of existing dampers and modify them where necessary. Designed for different parts Tantec’s VacuTEC Plasma Treater is designed for plasma treatment of a large number of different injection molded parts. The VacuTEC is available with both single and multiple tray configuration. Fast treatment and optimum adhesion The VacuTEC offers very fast treatment times and optimum adhesion properties for downstream coating, gluing, painting, and printing applications. Vacuum treating chamber In the vacuum treating chamber, a vacuum is built up to between 2 and 12 mbar before an electrical discharge is created through the integrated plasma electrode. Treatment cycle times are often short, between 2-120 seconds depending on the material and its formulation. An appriciated machine The VacuTEC is appreciated for its simplicity of operation, reliability in production, and fast process speed. Treating gasses such as argon and oxygen can be applied, but in most cases, this is not necessary due to the high power exposed by the plasma discharge. VacuTEC uses the advanced Tantec power generator HV-X series as a power supply and specially designed plasma transformers to provide voltage to the plasma electrodes.
