We offer a responsible sales position with independent support of a fixed customer base as well as active acquisition of new customers in your own sales area. We require training as a toolmaker with further training as a master craftsman or technician, sound knowledge of technical sales and experience in tool and mold making and machining. On a personal level, you will score highly with your ability to work in a team, flexibility, confident manner, strong communication skills and initiative. Good German language skills and enjoyment in dealing with people round off your profile. DEIN BEITRAG / Du bist die 1st‑Level‑ Ansprechperson für Kunden bei technischen Fragen und Störungen rund um Automatisierung, SPS und Robotik / Du analysierst Fehler remote, bewertest technische Ursachen und leitest passende Maßnahmen ein – bei Bedarf auch direkt beim Kunden vor Ort / Im täglichen Support löst du eigenständig typische 1st‑Level‑Anfragen und gibst komplexe Themen strukturiert an interne Spezialisten weiter.
