The Variocut is designed for ease of use and time savings. A wellthought-
out automation concept reduces the operator’s workload:
For example, the belt feed opens and closes in sync with the protective
cover, while the contact pressure between the conveyor belts is precisely
controlled pneumatically.

The HMI is designed for ease of use. Input is performed via materialspecific
recipe management. Once set, a recipe can be opened via
a drop-down menu and production started. Tooling can be changed
within seconds without the need for tools.
