Metzner VARIOCUT
Metzner Variocut: Efficiency through ease of use The Variocut is designed for ease of use and time savings. A wellthought- out automation concept reduces the operator’s workload: For example, the belt feed opens and closes in sync with the protective cover, while the contact pressure between the conveyor belts is precisely controlled pneumatically. The HMI is designed for ease of use. Input is performed via materialspecific recipe management. Once set, a recipe can be opened via a drop-down menu and production started. Tooling can be changed within seconds without the need for tools.

Metzner ST-OB
The ST-OB is designed for maximum load capacity and durability. At the heart of the machine is a pneumatic cylinder developed exclusively for this model, which transmits the cutting force with pinpoint accuracy. A particular advantage for pressure-sensitive or highly elastic products: The contact pressure can be adjusted with extreme precision using a dial. This mechanism allows for particularly gentle and precise adjustment of the contact pressure between the conveyor belts. This enables a flexible response to material tolerances or different batches - for consistently perfect results.

Metzner KL-BV 40
Metzner KL-BV 40: Flexibility through vertical tool arrangement The KL-BV 40 is also available with vertically mounted belt feeders. This design offers decisive advantages for static materials, as they fall reliably downward due to gravity and do not obstruct the material flow.

Metzner KL-BV
Metzner KL-BV: Unique blade design for minimal stress To achieve virtually pressure-free processing, the point of contact between the blade and the material is kept as small as possible. The extremely thin blades (starting at 0.1 mm) strike the material at an oblique angle. Both the cutting speed and the belt speed can be finely adjusted. Blade lubrication is also available as an option.
