LIQUID COLORS Perfectly dispersed colorants on a carrier designed for plastics.

Liquid colors were designed to make plastic coloring more efficient and therefore more sustainable. For our liquid colors or color pastes, we use commercially available pigments or dyes, such as those used in conventional masterbatches. Special wetting agents and rheology additives ensure optimal distribution of the pigments and stability of the dispersion. This ensures maximum color strength and prevents the pigments from settling for a long time. The actual carrier is a non-volatile, high-molecular system that is optimally distributed in the plastic melt and does not migrate from the end product due to its very good compatibility. If necessary, a bio-based carrier system can be used, e.g. for coloring bio-plastics or recyclates. Our products are manufactured in batches through highly effective mixing. It is dispersed until the pigments are optimally distributed in the carrier. Optional post-processing and filtration of the colors guarantees a particle fineness of up to 1 µm. Since there is no thermal energy input during production, the production-related CO2 footprint is extremely low. No matter whether RAL, NCS or Pantone, whether opaque or transparent, fluorescent or effect pigment - we can fulfill almost every wish! As a member of the COLOR COMPETENCE CENTER, we are well connected to the know-how and resources of the ROWA GROUP and can find the optimal solution even for difficult questions. For a color match please contact us! Of course, you can also purchase monopigment concentrates from us for self-coloring. As standard, we offer our products in the containers shown on the left, but we are also happy to fill them in customer-specific containers.

The integrated fiber laser technology is maintenance-free and wear-free, offering an average service life of up to 100,000 operating hours. This makes the LMF Easy XL an ideal solution for workshops, small-scale production, and as an entry point into industrial laser marking. The system is suitable for laser marking of all types of metals, coatings, and high-contrast plastic markings. Typical applications include Data Matrix codes, serial numbers, nameplates, as well as complex graphics and artworks. A key feature of the LMF Easy XL is its large working area, allowing the processing of components with heights of up to 500 mm and dimensions of up to 650 mm x 450 mm in width and depth. This makes the system particularly suitable for bulky or large-volume components where simple handling is essential. The LMF Easy XL combines intuitive operation, reliable fiber laser technology, and a large processing volume, providing a flexible and economical entry into laser marking technology.

    3. LMF Pro XL 800

      LMF Pro XL 800

The LMF Pro XL 800 is an industrial fiber laser marking system designed for automated 24/7 continuous operation and is based on the proven LMF Pro platform. The system combines a robust machine design with powerful software connectivity and is optimized for use in serial production as well as medium to large batch sizes. The integrated fiber laser technology ensures high long-term stability, low maintenance requirements, and reproducible marking results. In combination with production-oriented software, the system enables short cycle times, high process reliability, and easy integration into existing manufacturing environments. The LMF Pro XL 800 is suitable for laser marking of all types of metals, functional and decorative coatings, and high-contrast plastic markings. To increase productivity, the system is equipped with an automatic lift door, which accelerates loading and unloading processes and significantly increases throughput. The extra-wide door opening allows the processing of components up to 800 mm x 550 mm with a maximum component height of 350 mm. Thanks to the additional X-axis, an extended marking field of up to 800 mm x 220 mm is available, enabling precise and accurate marking of large or elongated components. The LMF Pro XL 800 represents a high-performance, scalable, and reliable laser marking solution for industrial applications.

    4. LMG-IND: The customised solution

      LMG-IND: The customised solution

Individual requirements need individual solutions. The LMG can therefore be adapted exactly to customer requirements. Whether additional side openings for long components, or as a cable feed-through, or even rotating elements. For large products, an x/y portal can be integrated, which guides the component under the laser. For maximum flexibility, we also offer the LMG housing with an x/y/z portal. In this way, the laser is guided above the product in all three dimensions. The entire marking space is thus available for the components.

    5. Loading silos

      Loading silos

Efficient. Reliable. Tailor-made. Loading silos offer the ideal solution for the fast and safe loading of all types of bulk goods. Our systems are designed to significantly simplify your logistics processes and increase your productivity in the long term. 1. Maximum loading capacity Our loading silos enable fast, continuous and low-dust loading – ideal for lorries, trains or ships. The use of gravity saves energy and maximises throughput. 2. Flexible decoupling of production and transport Production and logistics can be neatly separated from each other. Material can be stored temporarily while production continues – regardless of when vehicles arrive. This makes planning easier and reduces downtime. 3. Automated processes for lower costs Eichholz loading silos are designed for a high degree of automation. From level measurement and dosing technology to vehicle detection. You benefit from lower personnel and operating costs. 4. Compact design – maximum use of space The vertical design of our silos allows you to make optimum use of the available space, which is an important advantage when space is limited. 5. Cleanliness and environmental compatibility Closed systems and high-quality dust extraction technology ensure clean processes, less material loss and compliance with strict environmental regulations. 6. Maximum process reliability Our discharge and dosing technology is designed for demanding bulk materials. Whether fine-grained, free-flowing or difficult to flow, Eichholz ensures a reliable material flow. 7. Cost-effectiveness that pays off Thanks to short loading times, reduced downtimes and durable components, our systems pay for themselves quickly and increase your competitiveness in the long term.
