    1. Laserwelding

      Laserwelding

Laser welding technology is particularly characterized by its ability to perform precise, delicate processing. This precision enables work on the finest contours and the welding of thin-walled sheets in the micrometer range. Another advantage is the low heat input into the material surface, resulting in virtually distortion-free processing and thus minimal structural changes. Pulsed laser welding is used in tool and mold making, in the manufacture of sensors, in medical technology for the production of surgical instruments, and in sheet metal processing for prototypes and series production. It doesn't get any smaller than this: Laser weld seams. Using laser welding technology, we create very delicate weld seams for you without leaving undercuts or material collapse, which are not possible with conventional welding processes. Advantages - Low heat input into the material surface - Spatter-free, no undercuts - Extremely low distortion, precise and targeted energy input - Targeted application even on the finest contours - Low post-processing costs - Minimal structural changes - Delicate and targeted processing possible - Welding in hard-to-reach areas - Mobile laser welding on-site No speed limit! Our laser systems are equipped with laser sources of varying power – 300, 600, and 900 watts. This allows us to cleanly weld wires with diameters in the millimeter range, depending on your requirements. For large surfaces, this means we weld fewer layers by applying a thicker material layer. This saves our customers time and money.

    2. LEGROM VARIO SYSTEM®

      LEGROM VARIO SYSTEM®

LEGROM VARIO SYSTEM® The variable flexible hose system The unmistakeable flexible hose system in its typical green/yellow and black/yellow colour combinations is a byword for efficient use on machinery, production plants and equipment. From the classic coolant hose / drilling oil hose to the intelligent flexible articulated hose and flexible hose system. We react with the same flexibility of our flexible hose system to market needs and the requirements of our customers. We have been developing and distributing our superior-quality, versatile system for more than 25 years for sustained use in many sectors and workplaces. Sharply increasing demands for even higher processing speeds, surface qualities and longer service lives of processing molds and simultaneously severe cost pressure require the thorough and targeted use of coolant and lubricating fluids for the following applications: Turning | Drilling | Grinding | Milling | EDM The LEGROM VARIO SYSTEM® can also be used for problem-free and accurate blowing out of chip material during machining of workpieces and suction extraction of liquids, dust, vapour and smoke. The versatility and numerous combination options of our flexible hose system are also particularly demonstrated when it comes to special production cases. Our development department, mold construction and plastics processing enable us to react with speed and precision to specific customer requirements and implement these.

    4. Lifocork Biocomposite TPE

      Lifocork Biocomposite TPE

Lifocork biocomposite materials combine the sustainability, low weight and feel of natural cork with the processability of plastics. Lifocork is suitable for a wide range of applications, with new ideas being introduced every day. Its comfortable feel and non-slip texture make it a good choice for handles and grips, where it has been used in sports equipment, tools and household items. Lifocork has also been used to manufacture bowls, trays, boxes and plant pots and toys. In 2K applications, the material can be overmoulded or co-extruded onto TPE, PP or PE. This allows for sophisticated designs and enhances consumer appeal with the integration of a soft-touch area. Plates, belts, endless tapes and tech profiles can be manufactured from Lifocork via extrusion. You also get a damping effect for orthopaedic shoe lifts by foaming Lifocork. We offer coloured Lifocork compounds or it can be easily coloured using a standard PE masterbatch, opening up even more design possibilities.

    5. Lifolit soft PVC

      Lifolit soft PVC

Lifolit is a family of high-quality, soft polyvinyl chloride (PVC) compounds, custom formulated to your requirements. We’ve been developing PVC compounds since 1965 and continue to engineer new solutions to address current and emerging market demands. To address consumer concerns over the potential health and environmental risks of certain plasticizers used in the manufacture of PVC compounds, we have developed the Lifolit range to include several non phthalate alternatives. This helps our customers to comply with tightening regulations governing the use of phthalates. Particularly in the toy and childcare market, where non phthalate compounds have become the industry standard in response to directives such as EU 2005/84/EC. We work with a number of raw materials and plasticizers to give the best performance / cost ratio while always keeping in compliance with the different levels of phthalate use. This includes DEHP free PVC as well as grades that are considered low in Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs).
