Venting problems, flow lines, gas fires, insufficient filling and the associated formation of burrs can be minimized by using VORTEX® and even eliminated completely. The sintered material itself is noted for its great strength and hardness and good load-bearing capacities. It can be utilized as an ideal factor in process optimization.

CT‑based evaluation supports process optimization, weight reduction and functional reliability, especially for injection‑molded and lightweight components.

Monitor and control the temperature control flow with the "water battery." In today's injection molding industry, the high demands for component quality, cycle time, 24/7 production, and automation place a significant emphasis on the process reliability of mold temperature control. To address this, NONNENMANN is expanding its portfolio in autumn 2025 and will henceforth offer water batteries for injection molding production. These batteries distribute water and regulate flow close to the mold; the user can thus monitor the temperature control flow for the individual water circuits of the mold directly at the injection molding machine and directly influence changes in each channel using adjustable settings. As a combination of optical flow indicator, manual flow regulator, and thermometer, the water battery is an essential component in the process chain for effective and efficient mold temperature control.
