Technical coatings
Whether mold seals, lifters & grippers or conveyor chain plates etc. technical polyurethane coatings of Asma show worldwide quality & performance Polyurethane elastomer (PUR) is the perfect material for the wear-resistant coating of tubs, troughs, trays, gutters, containers, and conveyors and can be applied in either casting or spraying procedures. In any case, we offer wear-resistant coating for a variety of technical applications in industrial plants and machinery including chemically-bonded coating sprayed or cast onto metal surfaces. Rubberisation and Vulcanisation These terms actually describe the process of applying rubber in which a chemical cross-linking reaction takes place, the so-called „vulcanisation“ (this is performed inside an autoclave, under high pressure and temperature and with steam). As polyurethane elastomers are similar to rubber materials as far as use and processing are concerned, many of its technical terms have also become common in the world of PUR-processing. Polyurethane, however, is generally cast in its liquid state at a temperature ranging from 30°C to 120°C without applying additional pressure.

Technical Molding Center for trials and tests
We offer a state-of-the-art, neutral technical center with multiple machines and plasticizing units for material testing, sampling, and process optimization. It is fully equipped with various sensors (temperature, pressure, dielectric analysis) and capabilities for processing thermoplastics (including PEEK), thermosets, BMC, and biomaterials. Injection molding, compression molding, injection compression, and core compression molding are all possible. In cooperation with the toolmaking company Precupa, we also have access to their complete measuring center, and tool adjustments can be carried out quickly on-site.

TechnoDur hervorragende Härte, Steifigkeit und Festigkeit Basispolymer: PBT Bis zu 50 % glasfaserverstärkt TechnoDur PBT-Compounds zeichnen sich durch große Härte, Steifigkeit und Festigkeit aus. Gepaart mit sehr gutem Fließverhalten, günstigem Gleit- und Verschleißverhalten sowie einer sehr hohen Zähigkeit bei Minustemperaturen stellen unsere PBT-Compounds im Bereich der thermoplastischen Kunststoffe eine optimale Lösung für vielfältige Kundenanforderungen dar. TechnoPet Temperaturbeständigkeit bis > 220 °C und geringe Wasseraufnahme Basispolymer PET Bis zu 50 % glasfaserverstärkt Die TechnoPet-reihe enthält Glasfaser verstärkte sowie UV-stabilisierte Compounds für den Außenbereich. TechnoPet-Compounds weisen eine hohe Steifigkeit und Temperaturbeständigkeit sowie Dimensionsstabilität bei hervorragender Oberflächenbeschaffenheit auf und stellen im Vergleich zu den anderen Technischen Kunststoffen eine ausgesprochene wirtschaftliche Lösung dar.

Einfache Verarbeitung, kurze Zykluszeiten sowie Möglichkeiten des Mehrkomponentenspritzgusses (z. B. TechnoFin PP-Gehäuse mit TechnoElast-Dichtung) gepaart mit sehr guter Rezyklierbarkeit stellen weitere Vorteile unserer TechnoElast-Produktgruppe dar. TechnoMid Gute Schlagzähigkeit und Wärmeformbeständigkeit Basispolymer: PA6, PA66 Bis zu 50 % glasfaserverstärkt Die TechnoMid-Produktreihe beinhaltet PA6, PA66 und Copolyamid PA66/6 Compounds auf Basis von Neuware, aber auch rezyklatbasierte Typen verschiedener Zusammensetzung. TechnoMid überzeugt durch ausgezeichnete mechanische Festigkeit, hohe thermische Beständigkeit, und eine gute Zähigkeit auch bei tiefen Temperaturen. Durch zusätzliche Modifizierung lässt sich die Zähigkeit und das Gleit- bzw. Reibverhalten optimieren oder ein anwendungsorientiertes Compound erstellen.
