Spritzgusswerkzeuge

Sprue grippers
Our sprue grippers and gripper fingers are the right choice when it comes to the safe and precise removal of injection moulded parts or general workpiece removal.

Sprue picker HS 500 S, HS 500 handling system
The handling system is ideal for removing sprues or finished parts. It can be flexibly adapted to the specific requirements and wishes of customers.

Sprue picker robots
The sprue picker with a rotary pneumatic base for minimum footprint. SP3R-AR PRIME-Series is a Cartesian-rotary sprue picker, made of profiled aluminum and recommended for IMMs from 20 to 300 tons. Its peculiarity consists in having three electric servo-guided axes, two of which are linear (X, Y) and the other one is rotary (A) for the vertical axis’ rotation. In addition, it is equipped with an adjustable rotary pneumatic base, which in certain cases is perfect for limiting the automation footprint.

Sprues
In addition to our tried and trusted sprue bushes, we offer you a wide range of tunnel gate inserts, sprue retainers, and sprue adjusters. You can save time and money from design to production with our high-quality standard parts for the sprue range.

Successful practical test: Project partner ZF Group processed the recycled material into a technically sophisticated chassis component (Stabilizer Link) for Mercedes-Benz.

Stack mold robots
Optimise space while increasing productivity and sustainability. The stack-moulding technology relies on a specially designed injection-moulding mould, whereby the plastic can be spread over two or more levels of the mould itself. As a result, the productivity of the press doubles while the moulding times remain unchanged. This technology offers unquestionable advantages in high-productivity sectors, optimising the company’s costs while respecting the environment: considering the same cavity for a single moulding operation, the press tonnage is almost halved compared to traditional systems. This helps to considerably lower energy consumption and the relative CO2 emissions into the atmosphere, thus reducing the impact on global warming. The green economy challenge is now a reality and we can no longer forgo the use of highly efficient and sustainable production systems.

Stainless steel branch pipes / T-pieces
Stainless steel branch pipes / T-pieces • 30°, 45°, 90° degrees (standard) • material no. AISI 304 / 1.4301 or aluminium • outer diameter: 38.0 to 154.0 mm Custom-made products possible at short notice

Stainless steel pipe bends
HS Umformtechnik is your reliable partner for the production of thin-walled pipe bends with large bending radii, especially those used in pneumatic conveyors. Our products are cold-bent without wrinkles on state-of-the-art CNC mandrel bending machines. On request we can produce extension pipe bends according to your specific requirements. Besides our standard range of stock products in stainless steel, we also process aluminium. • Leg extension each side • Extremely low ovality • Visually aesthetic surface • No start-up bulges • No scratching or scoring on the products • Deburred ends • Outer diameters from 38.0 - 206.0 mm • Radii of 500 mm / 800 mm / 1,000 mm / 1,200 mm / 1,500 mm • Wall thicknesses of 1.5 mm / 2.0 mm For use in clean air pipe systems, pipe bends with small bending radii are the ideal alter- native to type 3 pipe bends with welded-on leg extensions.

Standardized process modules
In designing automation solutions, we prefer to rely on our standardized process modules, which can be linked together with minimal customization effort. This guarantees our customers the use of processes tested over many years, reduces implementation time, and ultimately also lowers the costs of the overall system. Our modular system includes both: * Separation-bending cells * EOL testers with standardized station setup and flexibly integrable testing systems * Tray servers for packaging components in plastic trays At the forefront of standardization is our flexline plant concept, which guarantees a scalable structure and thus makes even small and medium annual quantities efficiently and automatically manufacturable.

StarBlend®
We draw on in-depth expertise in the manufacture of innovative compounds made from conventional and bio-based raw materials. We tailor these compounds to the specific needs of our customers. Our unique know-how in polymers, additives, and fillers gives us the decisive edge, especially when it comes to developing solutions for sophisticated technical applications. Excellent mechanical properties and optimal processability make our compounds the perfect choice for a wide range of industries. As a family-owned company, we are committed to sustainability. Driven by this philosophy, we develop concepts that conserve resources by using recyclates. We collect materials including recyclates from our own film production as well as re-granulated materials from our customers and as far as possible use them as feedstock for new compounds. Our portfolio of high-end thermoplastic compounds covers non-filled and mineral or glass-fiber-filled granulates. These are equally suitable for injection molding, extrusion, and filament production. Our customers can choose from a portfolio of standard compounds. This enables us to accelerate the development process and the time-to-market for our customers. We can customize any standard compound to meet the required properties of the end product. Our latest product developments also include compounds with high impact resistance and electrically conductive compounds.
