Snow poles
Our snow poles made out of coloured high-quality HDPE polymers increase safety on the roads and help with snow clearance. Compared to wooden markings, plastic snow poles have a longer service life, better weather resistance and are UV-stabilised. To increase safety, a reflective tape can be attached to the snow poles. Our range includes snow poles in two different diameters, various standard lengths and different colours. You will also find the matching sleeves to anchor the snow poles in the ground. We are happy to offer you snow poles and sleeves in special sizes as well as other colours.

Solid carbide high-performance milling cutters
Torus end mill (HGLRS): Particularly well-suited for machining hardnesses from 50 HRC to 70 HRC. Diameter range from 0.2 mm to 6 mm with 4 flutes. Corner radii from 0.02 mm to 1 mm. Up to 5 different corner radii available for each diameter.

Solid carbide high-performance milling cutters
Torus end mills (HLRS 2000/4000): Particularly well-suited for machining steels up to over 60 HRC. Also well-suited for copper, carbon steels, and special alloys. Diameter range from 0.2 mm to 6 mm with 2 and 4 flutes. Corner radii from 0.05 mm to 1 mm. Up to 5 different corner radii available for each diameter.

Solid carbide high-performance milling cutters
Ball end mills (HWB / HWLB): Particularly well-suited for machining hardnesses from 40 HRC to over 60 HRC. Machining of copper and carbon steels is also possible. Diameter range from 0.06 mm to 12 mm. Shank tolerance h4. Radius tolerance of ±0.002 mm.

Solid-carbide high performance milling cutter with corner radius
Particularly suitable in stainless steel, titanium also selected in steel up to HRC 48 and cast iron. Z3 – Z5 with corner radius of 0,3 – 3,0 mm, Unequal pitch, HA- and HB shaft design, SST-coating and lengths of 1,5 – 2xD enable efficient and precise machining.

Solid-carbide trochoidal end-mills
Particularly suitable in steel, stainless steel and cast iron. Z3 – Z6, with chip splitter for short chips. Unequal twist angle, with corner radius of 0,2-0,5 mm enable efficient machining. The tools are coated with an SST coating and are available in length of 3-5 x D
