As an Account Manager (m/f/d) for Southwest Germany at AF-COLOR, you will manage existing customers, acquire new business, negotiate contracts and pricing, and sell technical masterbatch solutions for the plastics industry. The role involves regular customer visits, market analysis, and participation in trade fairs.

Requirements: Experience in sales/account management, strong communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of plastics, color or additive solutions, and fluent German and English.
