About us
We are specialist for innovative and application-oriented plastic compounds. With over 30 years of experience, our comprehensive knowledge of plastic compounding means we have the right solutions for your every compounding need.
In our production plants in DE, BR and CN we produce over 165,000 tonnes of plastic compounds every year in total and are constantly developing new solutions for our customers. Thereby we are specialised in the refining of engineering plastics for specific industries and applications.
Besides engineering compounds based on standard polyamides (PA 6.6 and PA 6), partially aromatic polyamides, polyesters and polyketone we offer a future-oriented portfolio of sustainable material alternatives with our NEXT compounds for applications with a reduced CO₂ footprint. We offer some of these products with ISCC PLUS or REDcert² sustainability certification.

Account Manager (m/w/d)
As an Account Manager (m/f/d) for Southwest Germany at AF-COLOR, you will manage existing customers, acquire new business, negotiate contracts and pricing, and sell technical masterbatch solutions for the plastics industry. The role involves regular customer visits, market analysis, and participation in trade fairs. Requirements: Experience in sales/account management, strong communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of plastics, color or additive solutions, and fluent German and English. Application engineer (m/w/d)
As an Application Engineer (m/f/d) at AKRO-PLASTIC, you will support customers with technical questions about plastic materials, conduct injection molding trials and sample productions, analyze processing issues, and work closely with R&D and product management teams. Requirements: A degree or vocational training in plastics engineering or a related field, knowledge of injection molding, good English skills, and strong communication abilities.
