Label-Free Packaging: Make the Bottle the Label
In collaboration with LyondellBasell, SUSONITY developed a cosmetic bottle concept that proves high-end aesthetics and sustainability are not mutually exclusive. These PE blow-molded bottles feature a 3-layer structure with a core of recycled material—incorporating over 60% recycled polymer without sacrificing a luxury look and feel. Our Colorstream®, Iriodin®, and Miraval® effect pigments add the depth, travel, and shimmer that elevate shelf impact. Iriotec® laser marking pigments ensure razor-sharp, ink-free decoration, ideal for branding elements, regulatory details, and machine-readable codes.

Together with GRAFE , we explored what happens when packaging containing effect pigments enters a recycling loop—and what’s possible when you design with the next cycle in mind.
