Gerco Technik GmbH drying conveying and more... Gerco Technik GmbH has its roots in Gerco Apparatebau GmbH & Co KG, which was founded in the 1950s. In the 1970s, the company began developing and producing drying and conveying technology for the plastics industry. Since May 2016, the Scheffer Group has discontinued its activities in the Gerco Kunststofftechnik division, and all production and business activities have now been taken over by Gerco Technik GmbH. As part of this acquisition, the company headquarters were relocated to Ennigerloh. Over the years, the product range has been steadily expanded and new markets have been opened up. The products are distributed through our own representatives in Germany, in almost all European countries, and internationally. The product range includes dry air dryers, warm air dryers, material handling equipment, dosing stations, and sprue pickers. Customized solutions are also offered. GHD Präzisions-Formenbau was founded in Großhabersdorf in 2007 and is still run by the owner today. A strong team of 27 highly qualified employees is currently working in the production hall in Rügland / Rosenberg, which was newly created in 2018. GHD's core competency is the design and manufacture of high-precision and complex injection molding tools for plastic processing. For this purpose, we have 900m² of production space with state-of-the-art machinery available at our Rügland / Rosenberg location. Our well-known customers come from many different industries; we manufacture tools for the production of parts for household appliances and personal care items as well as for the electrical engineering and automotive industries. With almost 60 employees, we serve a wide range of customers and produce a wide variety of technical plastic injection molded parts, from tiny connecting parts (0.03 g) for the medical industry to housings (up to 430 g), e.g. for the electrical industry. Our many years of know-how in the construction of injection molds, e.g. for insert/outsert technology, the reel-to-reel process and the implementation of technologies such as gray room production, gas internal pressure or multi-component technology are used.
