Laserwelding

Laser welding technology is particularly characterized by its ability to perform precise, delicate processing. This precision enables work on the finest contours and the welding of thin-walled sheets in the micrometer range.

Another advantage is the low heat input into the material surface, resulting in virtually distortion-free processing and thus minimal structural changes.

Pulsed laser welding is used in tool and mold making, in the manufacture of sensors, in medical technology for the production of surgical instruments, and in sheet metal processing for prototypes and series production.

It doesn't get any smaller than this: Laser weld seams.

Using laser welding technology, we create very delicate weld seams for you without leaving undercuts or material collapse, which are not possible with conventional welding processes.

Advantages
- Low heat input into the material surface
- Spatter-free, no undercuts
- Extremely low distortion, precise and targeted energy input
- Targeted application even on the finest contours
- Low post-processing costs
- Minimal structural changes
- Delicate and targeted processing possible
- Welding in hard-to-reach areas
- Mobile laser welding on-site

No speed limit!
Our laser systems are equipped with laser sources of varying power – 300, 600, and 900 watts. This allows us to cleanly weld wires with diameters in the millimeter range, depending on your requirements. For large surfaces, this means we weld fewer layers by applying a thicker material layer. This saves our customers time and money.
