Gravimetry

With WeCo gravimetry you can achieve precise dosing; up to four funnels dose Masterbach, regrind, additives or fillers as required.

The result can be improved by using WeCo (Weight Control), which offers reliable control of material consumption and thus precise throughput monitoring.
The gravimetric system can be easily installed on the drying containers or, with adaptations, on the production machine and allows batches and ground material to be added with precision down to the gram. This not only provides efficient and accurate dosing, but also consistently consistent and accurate reproducibility with low energy consumption. Installation in advance is easy and operation via the touch terminal is intuitive. The inner and outer containers made of stainless steel enable easy cleaning and material changes and, with the four funnels, offer the possibility of mixing up to four components.
