Coupling station

The coded coupling station patented by WENZ ensures error-free coupling processes in accordance with the central control system. If the coupling pieces are connected incorrectly, the coupling station immediately goes into boycott mode. This makes it impossible for even a single grain of the glass fiber-free granulate to reach the injection molding machine for glass fiber-reinforced safety-relevant components, or for hygroscopic granulate to be conveyed to the machine without first passing through the dryer. While RFID chips often stop working when exposed to magnetic fields or falls onto the hard hall floor, the coding remains completely unaffected. Because instead of using sensitive electronics, which may also be installed incorrectly when changing the hose, the coupling station clearly identifies each connecting piece using electrical impulses.

The coupling station patented by WENZ is available coded or uncoded as a wall or standing station. Also available as a highly abrasion-resistant variant.

It can be expanded modularly - with an infinite number of connections.
