STATIC WING-MIXER TYPE FM The static wing-mixer consists of 4 rustproof elements with specifically arranged wings, in order to mix the cast. Each element is arranged in such a way that by combining several elements a complete mixing system develops. This system produces the desired homogeneity through continuous swirling of the fusion stream in layers, which are spread over the whole flow diameter.

STATIC MIXER TYPE XM: The static mixer type XM usually consists of 8 elements with specially arranged bars in order to create an optimal homogenization of the melt. Each element is arranged by the pin-groove connection in such a way that a complete mixing system is automatically created by assembling several elements. By dividing and combining the melt flow multiple times, the introduced materials (batch, additives, ...) are mixed in such a way that the melt is optimally homogeneous in terms of concentration, temperature, ... is achieved. The size and maybe changing number of mixing elements depends on the application, considering the material to be processed, the melt index, the volume flow and the current pressure conditions.

      by the controlled closing and opening the flow canal, the cycle time can be reduced and a more exactly injection process is possible. APPLICATION FIELDS: The OFS-needle shut-off nozzle type NVP is used for processing of thermoplastic materials and thermoplastic elastomers. An integrated pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder activated the shut-off nozzle, whereby the needle opens and closes the flow channel. The needle is activated in both directions. For security, the shut-off nozzle is opened through emerging overpressure. The nozzle could be also activated by a machine side rod.

      OFS-RECYLATE-NOZZLE TYPE RDS Due the optimal rheological design, the OFS-recycling-nozzle type RDS is well suitable for processing technical plastics. The melt channel, the transitions are designed accordingly so that no flow shadows, dead corners or impact edges are caused. Because of that, friction and shear-sensitive as well as reinforced materials can also be processed. To increase the lifespan, an anti-wear coating is available as an option, which minimizes the abrasive an corrosive wear. OFS-RECYLATE-NOZZLE TYPE RDSF The OFS-recyclate-nozzle type RDSF is suitable for processing all unreinforced standard-plastics (e.g. PE, PP, ABS, PA). The nozzle is not suitable for processing thermally- and shear-sensitive plastics (e.g. POM, PVS, PC). Due the special design of the filterinsert, the nozzles shows a large filtration surface in relation to the nozzle dimensions.

By rotating the component around the bearing point (semicircle at the left of the picture), the flow rate of the oil is fully variably controlled, according to the load condition of the engine. The efficiency of a fully controlled pump is significantly higher than that of a permanently driven pump (the oil flow rate corresponds only to the required volume flow). Fuel consumption and CO² emissions are reduced as a result.
