gravimetric dosing system - GRAVICOLOR 310/610
The GRAVICOLOR 310 and 610 dose and mix up to eight different materials precisely and with maximum recipe accuracy thanks to the unique motan cone dosing system. The modular design and excellent engineering guarantee optimum performance, flexibility, and reliability of the units. This gravimetric batch dosing and mixing unit can be used for injection moulding, blow moulding and extrusion processes.

Gravimetry
With WeCo gravimetry you can achieve precise dosing; up to four funnels dose Masterbach, regrind, additives or fillers as required. The result can be improved by using WeCo (Weight Control), which offers reliable control of material consumption and thus precise throughput monitoring. The gravimetric system can be easily installed on the drying containers or, with adaptations, on the production machine and allows batches and ground material to be added with precision down to the gram. This not only provides efficient and accurate dosing, but also consistently consistent and accurate reproducibility with low energy consumption. Installation in advance is easy and operation via the touch terminal is intuitive. The inner and outer containers made of stainless steel enable easy cleaning and material changes and, with the four funnels, offer the possibility of mixing up to four components. GRAFE presents 25 PETG color formulations for 3D pellet printing
With 25 new color formulations specifically for 3D granulate printing, GRAFE is expanding its standard portfolio with an innovative range for design and technology. The PETG-based masterbatches were developed in collaboration with YIZUMI, successfully tested, and approved. A dosage of 5% produces a homogeneous coloration, the intensity of which can be flexibly varied by adjusting the amount added. The masterbatches can be produced quickly and delivered in even the smallest quantities. The material impresses with its wide range of applications—from lampshades and furniture components to logos and technical housing components. Thanks to PETG's low tendency to warp, it is ideal for printing precise, technically demanding components. GRAFE is also presenting two additional add-on batches: one for creating translucent scattering effects and one for metallic glittering surfaces. These can be added to any standard PETG color formulation during dosing. With this offering for PETG—in addition to transparent PMMA colorants—GRAFE is expanding its portfolio of standards for transparent color shades and underscoring its expertise in perfectly combining color and function.

Go for a circular economy and use our GREEN COMPOUNDS. These plastics are not only produced in a CO²-neutral way, they are also based on 100% recycled material if desired. Both sustainable and bio-based raw materials and fillers are used. Depending on the application, the recyclates achieve comparable technical properties to virgin materials. Only a high-quality standard in the production processes and the tight specification of all end products ensure the highest batch security.

Green Process Power: Rice Bran Waxes for Smart Processing and Sustainable Added Value! BIO-R® waxes are bio-based alternatives to fossil-based Montana wax. They improve melt flow, demoulding and dispersion while supporting glossy results.
The WTH-Bio-R series offers bio-based rice bran waxes as a sustainable alternative to fossil-based montan waxes. For the plastics processing industry and KUTENO-relevant applications, they are particularly suitable for TPE, TPU, PET, PA, PC, compounds, masterbatches, resins, coatings and nucleating agents. The series includes four product types: oxidised, esterified, saponified and micronized rice bran waxes. This allows different requirements in processing, formulation and performance to be addressed precisely.
