Tool design for plastic injection molding (thermoplastics, thermosets, elastomers) has been a successful part of our core business for more than thirty years. Our 3D tool design delivers molding tools that are state-of-the-art. It combines process reliability, a long service life, optimized venting, tool insulation and high precision. Our tool concepts are already ideally suited for fully automated tool changes.

Werkzeugrollos
The high quality cover roller blinds are installed on the front and back of your Injection molding machine attached. They open and close with the tool. Your products are protected from contamination and fall directly onto the conveyor belt or into one Collection container. Can be magnetically mounted on the tool or on the clamping plates in seconds, without screws or gluing. Assembly and disassembly possible without additional tools. The cover roller blinds are delivered in the standard version with the semi-transparent PA (polyamide) fabric. Depending on the tool temperature, other materials can optionally be used. 1. Standard PA Fabric transparent for Tool temperatures up to 115°C. 2. Optional PVC-GF(glass fiber) for tool temperatures up to 150°C. 3. Optional special fabric for tool temperatures up to 300°C. What if plastic conducted heat like metal?
New challenges require better materials. This applies to many components in all sectors, in the electrical industry, in mechanical engineering and medical technology, in heat sinks for batteries and fuel cells or in e-mobility in general. One solution to these challenges is high-performance plastic compounds that conduct heat like metal and insulate electrically like ceramics. Thanks to PlastFormance technology, it is possible to incorporate pure tungsten as a filler in the compound and produce materials with a higher density than lead. In principle, the use of electrically conductive fillers in engineering plastics enables electromagnetic shielding and electrostatic discharge. The conductive compounds have decisive advantages over metals or coatings: they offer great design freedom, the finished parts are lighter, easier and cheaper to produce and more robust. Complex component geometries in particular can be realized without time-consuming reworking. In addition, the costs of injection molding are often much lower.
