The WISCHEMANN Group stands out as an experienced and flexible partner for complex plastics solutions thanks to its exceptionally high level of vertical integration. From granulate to the finished product, WISCHEMANN Kunststoff GmbH and VACU-form WISCHEMANN GmbH & Co. KG handle almost every stage of the process in-house, offering comprehensive solutions across the entire value chain.
The range of services includes, among other things, the procurement and processing of granulate, continuous thermoforming of films and sheets, film lamination and self-adhesive finishes. Furthermore, the WISCHEMANN Group possesses extensive expertise in further processing, for example through die-cutting, finishing and the assembly of complete sub-assemblies. The portfolio is complemented by an in-house EPS foaming facility, which creates additional design and functional possibilities.
The WISCHEMANN Group manufactures thermoformed parts in material thicknesses ranging from 0.3 to 12 mm. All thermoplastics can be processed – from standard materials to technically sophisticated materials. This broad range of materials and processes enables tailor-made solutions for a wide variety of applications and industries.
