What awaits you:
• Management of the Design/Development department in the special machinery sector (approx. 9 employees)
• Development and creation of innovative system concepts, including feasibility and cycle time analyses • Ensuring the functionality of technical solutions considering all technical requirements • Implementation of specifications and order documentation for the production of machines and systems
• Responsibility for design capacities to ensure deadlines, costs, and quality requirements

What we wish for:
• Completed studies: e.g., mechanical engineering, product design, or a comparable education • Several years of professional experience: in design, ideally in special machinery construction
• Relevant leadership experience: as a team leader
• Language skills: good English skills, both written and spoken
• Way of thinking and working: goal-oriented and committed, combined with the critical questioning of existing processes
• Soft skills: motivating and inspiring promotion of innovation in mechanical and electrical design
