Coating Application Technician (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

- Verification of new coating systems (conventional and UV systems)
- Development of new “system configurations” (material/PVD/coating)
- Conducting qualification tests
- Overseeing or executing sample orders
- Transitioning new developments into series production
- Creating painting programs, including robot programming
- Planning and implementing process optimizations
- Identifying defect patterns
- Serving as the technical liaison with paint manufacturers
- Acting as the point of contact for production regarding paint-related issues
- Managing specific projects
- Maintaining action lists, ELLs, and project plans as needed
