About us
Weber Ultrasonics AG develops, produces and markets solutions and components for the industrial use of ultrasonic technology. Its business focuses on cleaning, welding and cutting with ultrasound and includes other special applications. The company is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and has already received several awards for exemplary corporate management. The medium-sized company based in Karlsbad (Germany) employs over 120 people worldwide. Weber Ultrasonics AG includes subsidiaries in the USA and Asia as well as Weber Entec GmbH & Co. KG, based in Ettlingen, which specializes in ultrasound-based plant technology for biogas and sewage treatment plants.

SAPHIR individual components for integration
Take advantage of Weber Ultrasonics technology for your production process as demanded by your application. The innovative, highly modular SAPHIR system can be easily integrated in existing processes and adapted to your requirements. All components such as generator, feed unit, welding stack, Touch-PC unit with the powerful control software SAPHIR CONTROL 4.0, and other accessories can be pre-configured to suit your application.

Converters
We offer you converters for all common frequencies and power classes. The materials used, such as VA steel or titanium-aluminum alloy, make them especially durable. They are available as modules or fixed-mounting units.

Sonotrodes
Our sonotrodes are always developed according to customer and product-specific requirements using the finite element method of calculation. High-grade materials such as aluminum alloy, titanium, or sintered steel are used in their production.

he Sonic Digital HS3 is the first choice generator for industrial installations. It offers flexible installation, easy integration into control processes, high efficiency, and compatibility with other system components. Available frequencies 20 and 35 kHz, power 400 W - 2,000 W. Other frequencies and power outputs are available on request.
