About us
Precision manufacturing and laser welding technology for demanding components
Our core competence lies in the high-precision machining of metals – especially titanium – as well as in sophisticated joining technologies such as laser welding. We specialise in the series production of small, complex components with the highest requirements in terms of dimensional accuracy, surface quality and process reliability.
As a certified manufacturer of medical devices, we have many years of experience in handling demanding materials, tight tolerances and documented manufacturing processes. We also apply these high quality standards to projects in other industrial sectors.
Laser welding is a particular focus of our technological expertise. We have been using this process successfully for over 25 years – among other things, to manufacture gas-tight and corrosion-resistant assemblies. This enables us to join even sensitive or very small components in a reliable and reproducible manner.
Our manufacturing expertise makes us a reliable partner for companies that require precision-manufactured components and high-quality joining technologies – from technical feasibility studies and process development to cost-effective series production.
Our customers come from the following sectors, among others:
• Medical technology
• Tool and mould making
• Measurement technology
• Mechanical engineering
• Automotive supply industry
• Aviation supply industry
With our experience in precision manufacturing, quality assurance and process stability, we support our customers in efficiently and reliably producing sophisticated components in series.
Products & services

Laserschweißen auf Rundachse
Precision in rotation. Our controlled rotary axis enables laser weld seams with maximum accuracy – even with complex geometries. For components where there is no room for error. Contact us for your individual welding projects, from single pieces to large series.

Präzise Schweißnähte
When precision becomes routine. Delicate weld seams in perfect symmetry – thanks to our rotary axis technology for precise laser welding. Our automated rotary axis delivers reproducible results – ideal for series production with the highest quality. Contact us for your individual welding projects, from single pieces to large series.

Verbinden von unterschiedlichen Materialien
Laser welding also joins materials that cannot otherwise be welded. Weldable materials include: - Steel (up to 62 HRC of the weld seams) - Titanium / titanium alloys - Copper / beryllium copper - Nickel / nickel alloys - Brass (limited) - Aluminium (limited)

Laserschweißen mit Zulegedraht
When stability counts. Using the appropriate welding wire, we add material where necessary and create durable welded joints with the laser – precisely, cleanly and in a controlled manner. Ideal for components with higher material requirements. Contact us for your individual welding projects, from single pieces to large series.

Serienproduktion mit CNC-Drehtechnik
We specialise in precision series production for medical technology, mechanical engineering and other industries. With our CNC-controlled lathes, we manufacture high-precision components, including medical products made of titanium, as well as series and individual parts made of metallic materials and plastics. CNC turning allows for machining up to Ø 18 mm with a bar length of up to 3.6 m. We also offer conventional turning for workpieces up to Ø 125 mm and a turning length of up to 300 mm. We stand for precision, quality and flexible manufacturing solutions — from individual parts to series production.

Laserbeschritung
We also offer laser marking for numerous materials. Our marking laser can be used to apply lettering, images and barcodes precisely and permanently. Thanks to a controlled rotary axis, round geometries can also be marked. Large workpieces can also be processed in the closed laser cabin. The maximum marking area is 150 x 150 mm. Depending on the material and surface, we will be happy to check in advance whether the desired marking is feasible.
