Use synergies Before every injection molded part is born, there is mold making. In order to be able to produce injection molded parts with precise repeatability and tight tolerances, a high level of precision is a must. As a former tool manufacturer manufacturing in Germany, with early contacts and an extended workbench abroad, the Schütte Consult company now handles its tool project exclusively through permanent partners in Asia and Southern Europe. FROM THE BRIEFING TO THE FINISHED PRODUCT On the one hand, we understand our craft and the industry, and on the other hand, we understand the culture and way of thinking of our partners. Observing local rules and the high level of respect between our Asian partner and us is a crucial success factor. This and the constant volume of parallel projects give us the necessary security when it comes to global procurement. Despite all of these security measures, we do not want to completely forego the opportunity to offer you after-sales support. For this purpose, we have access to the on-site technical center with tool service and sampling machines. This means we can offer you an excellent price/performance ratio with the lowest risk.
Design & Engineering

For us, this means designing items and tools in such a way that they can be produced successfully in a process-reliable, economical and sustainable manner. But first and foremost, listen to what the customer needs. Digital Profile for your tool
As our customer, you have the opportunity to access your projects via a protected area. In a very clear structured dashboard you can see your current and past projects and a profile of each tool with images and videos of the manufacturing and sampling process, all 2D and 3D data for items, tools, hot runners and electrodes. This means you always have everything at hand that makes it easier for the tool to start up smoothly in your production.
