Tempering connection plates

Stay ahead of the curve with NONNENMANN's new product – reduce costs, increase workplace safety, and optimize processes in injection molding by using structured temperature control connection plates with selectable accessory components. Nonnenmann offers standardized plates for the organized connection of temperature control or pneumatic systems in the injection molding machine area. Depending on the variant, these plates are suitable for a varying number of temperature control circuits or connections, or for use with multi-couplings. Selection is simple and transparent using the configurator in the online shop, allowing you to calculate, quote, and order plates as a base plate or fully equipped and pre-assembled with various selectable accessory and connection components. The temperature control connection plates can be installed directly on the injection molding machine, enabling a mold-adjacent connection of the temperature control system. Fixed tubing runs from the main water supply or the temperature control unit to these plates. The temperature control connection plates thus serve as an interface from which the respective mold can be individually connected. This enables short, quick setup times and creates a clear overview at the machine – circuits are visible, clearly structured, and unambiguously marked using different color coding. Furthermore, this allows for a compact and safe hose layout, preventing hose clutter and tripping hazards, as only short hoses are needed to reach the tool and the supply to the main line is already securely and firmly routed.

Technology for live experience on site in the NONNENMANN showroom – customer proximity and visitor engagement are the focus.

Since its founding in 1989, NONNENMANN has focused on customer proximity. In addition to the continuous expansion of its online shop and the integration of intelligent configurators, as well as the expansion of in-house production at its Schorndorf location, a dedicated showroom was built at the company headquarters over the past two years. This allows for personal consultations and live presentations of products and services to customers. The showroom aims to offer prospective customers a hands-on experience, enabling them to gain a firsthand impression of the products. This allows NONNENMANN to demonstrate the systems in practice, implement projects, and further advance the development of automation solutions. To coincide with the 2026 FIFA World Cup, showroom visitors will receive a one-time gift of 300 plastic currywurst trays in the German national colors during the promotional period until June 30, 2026. The injection molding of these trays, complete with an integrated automation solution for robotic removal, component inspection, and transport, takes place live in the showroom.

Water battery / water flow regulator

Monitor and control the temperature control flow with the "water battery." In today's injection molding industry, the high demands for component quality, cycle time, 24/7 production, and automation place a significant emphasis on the process reliability of mold temperature control. To address this, NONNENMANN is expanding its portfolio in autumn 2025 and will henceforth offer water batteries for injection molding production. These batteries distribute water and regulate flow close to the mold; the user can thus monitor the temperature control flow for the individual water circuits of the mold directly at the injection molding machine and directly influence changes in each channel using adjustable settings. As a combination of optical flow indicator, manual flow regulator, and thermometer, the water battery is an essential component in the process chain for effective and efficient mold temperature control.

Robotics & automation in injection molding - just do it!

Our automation solution includes a 6-axis industrial robot, a 7th axis, a vacuum gripper and generator, AI-supported optical part inspection, a conveyor belt, and a safety fence with a security system. Upon request, we can take care of the installation of the automation, as well as CE approval and employee training. To make it easier for you to get a quote, we have developed a configurator that allows you to configure your automation system in two minutes. Nonnenmann aims to support injection molders in their "groundbreaking" for injection molding automation and robot integration in part handling, and from now on offers a complete package of services as an automation solution for process optimization. To showcase the automation solution, the company has set up a new showroom at its headquarters in Winterbach (near Stuttgart). This makes it possible to demonstrate the systems in practice to customers and interested parties, implement projects, and further advance the development of automation solutions.
