MöllerFlex GmbH
About us
As a specialist in flexible plastics, MöllerFlex GmbH is not only at home in the world of vacuum cleaner bumper-strips, wheels, seals, air ducts in the household appliance sector or bellows, housings, covers, gaskets, handles, dampers, cockpit, body and engine compartment parts in the automotive sector - we have many other products and processes in our portfolio as well as solution expertise and a deep technical understanding of technologies, automation and materials.
Products & services

Seat bellows made of PVC or TPE
With our sophisticated tool concepts and fully automated removal systems, we are number 1 in the production of seat bellows, from both PVC and TPE, for all well-known seat manufacturers.

Protective caps for brake booster
The form-fit combination of plastic and metal is produced in a fully automated process.

The all-rounder
MöllerFlex is the expert in one-component foam sealing technology for reliable protection against moisture and dirt as well as noise dampening. We apply the foam without the use of tools in an in-line process.

A combination of functions in one part
Our 2-component plastic injection-molded parts combine different plastics, such as hard with soft, to create one component for multifunctional products. Various production processes are used, such as cube technology, transfer processes, core-back, or rotary table technology.

Sustainable and environmentally friendly products
Natural fiber compounds are innovative combinations of plastic and renewable raw materials such as wood, flax, or hemp. This enables us to manufacture sustainable and environmentally friendly products.

Fully automated production and quality control
MöllerFlex is an innovative manufacturer of plastic bellows and molded parts. Because of our decades of expertise in the processing of flexible plastics such as PVC and TPE, we are the ideal partner for development and production. Our highly automated production process enables fast and cost-efficient manufacturing of customized moldings.

Automotive dampers
Conventional rebound stop buffers are used in chassis dampers to limit the stroke during expansion. TecsPak® rebound stop buffers can do more. They absorb significantly more force than any conventional material such as rubber, PU (polyurethane) or steel springs. They are unbreakable and also operate extremely quietly, significantly improving ride comfort. In addition to buffers, steel tension springs are often used. MöllerMiner offers a real alternative with TecsPak® tension stop springs. Made from an elastomer, TecsPak® tension stop springs can absorb higher forces and are still elastic when fully compressed, thus avoiding force peaks. Compression stop buffers are used to limit the compression stroke of the suspension shock absorber. They also have auxiliary spring characteristics. TecsPak® compression stops fulfil this task perfectly. They have a soft, harmonious, progressive characteristic, are more compact than conventional compression bump stops and springs, and can be integrated into bellows and protective caps.

Mechanical Dampers
In addition to mechanical engineering, many of our TecsPak standard dampers are also used in other industrial applications. Our dampers can be used wherever shocks, oscillations or vibrations need to be controlled and reduced. With our standard dampers, we are able to quickly and effectively offer exactly the solution you need for your application. The standard dampers are already available in a wide variety of configurations and impress with their precisely defined absorption behavior and rapid availability. The dampers can be loaded both axially and radially - the force absorption is between 0.2 kN and 980 kN, depending on the damper type. Energies of up to 12,700 Nm per stroke can be absorbed! The absorption behavior differs in the individual types - the force curve ranges from progressive to (almost) linear to degressive.

Unlimited damping possibilities
We design and manufacture dampers to meet our customers' needs and requirements. It makes no difference whether the order is for a small quantity or a large production run. We can supply individual components as well as complete, ready-to-install systems. In order to minimise costs, we primarily investigate the use of existing dampers and modify them where necessary. What sets us apart is that fully functional prototypes can be used for validation by the customer in the shortest possible development time.
