About us
Otto Menzel, a seller of mineral oils in the 1980s, loaded the trunk of his metallic gray Opel Omega full with oil canisters on Sunday evening and spent the whole week on the road in the former Federal Republic of Germany(FRG) and German Democratic Republic (GDR) to sell his goods.
Business was booming and he should have been satisfied, but instead he was tormented by the thought of what would happen to the mineral oil in the event of a production accident. 1 liter of the oil could contaminate an incredible 1,000,000 liters of groundwater.
It had to be possible somehow to avoid the problem and to use harmless biodegradable high-performance oils in production.
Therefore, his first focus was initially on the development of lubricants based on renewable raw materials, and later also on the optimization of lubrication technology.
He saw minimum quantity lubrication as THE future trend according to the motto: "As little as possible – as much as necessary" and gradually built up his company, Menzel Metallchemie GmbH.
Today, we are a medium-sized company and a reliable partner of over 5,500 customers worldwide who appreciate our more than 30 years of experience and our process-reliable minimum quantity lubrication/spray technology.

INDUTEC® MS Minimum Lubrication System/Spray Technology
By using our innovative INDUTEC® MS minimum quantity cooling lubrication systems (MMKS), you benefit both from lower costs for the medium, storage, cleaning and disposal, as well as from dry workpieces, machines and chips and thus longer tool service lives. Areas of application: sawing, drilling, threading, milling, punching, engraving, bending pipes, clinching By choosing the appropriate nozzle in connection with different attachments, almost any medium can be sprayed and a large number of spray patterns can be generated. The base system INDUTEC® MS basic systems are used in many different ways. Despite the compact design, it is possible to supply up to four spray nozzles with up to two separate spraying times. Thanks to the modular structure, you remain flexible even when faced with new challenges. The modular system The INDUTEC® MS modular system was developed to supply complex systems with several spray points. A large number of variably arranged valve units are supplied by a central pressure vessel. The modular system supports the use of different spraying times and can be expanded later.

Grease application system INDUTEC® MS FAS 25
Grease application for applying pasty media such as grease, which enables the continuous, precise application of precise quantities. The timing of the valve control also enables intermittent application, either locally or along specified lines. High cycle rates even with high viscosity! Different attachment caps can be used to create different point, area, spray and line applications for almost any application and, depending on the viscosity, up to 200 cycles per second can be controlled. The spray nozzles are supplied by a grease conveyor system that ensures a continuous media flow and pressure and thus a reliable process. Trennmittel sind Hilfsstoffe, die beim Spritzgießen von Kunststoff verhindern, dass Form und Bauteil beim Abformprozess miteinander verkleben. Das gefertigte Bauteil kann so unbeschadet aus der Grundform entnommen werden. Formentrennmittel haben zusätzlich Einfluss auf die Oberflächenbeschaffenheit und damit auf die Möglichkeit der Weiterverarbeitung wie Lackierung, Metallisierung, Bedruckung etc. des Bauteils!
