Extraction system R300
In particular when processing special or high-performance plastics, gas emissions that are hazardous to health, such as aldehydes and phosphines, can occur for procedural reasons. Our flue gas extraction device R300 is equipped with high-quality activated carbon filter cartridges. Even the tiniest of molecules adhere to the surface of these special filters. With its rotatable and pivoting extraction arm, the flue gas extraction device offers the greatest amount of flexibility as well as point-source extraction of hazardous substances directly at their point of origin.

Dedusting on the injection moulding machine with a throughput of up to 15 kg/h The dedusting module of the TS5 pellet-deduster works with a throughput of up to 15kg/h. A high flexibility of the application range is of particular importance to us as this ensures that the dedusting module can be operated immediately on the intake zone of the injection moulding machine on a dryer, metal separator or add-on device. So nothing is standing in the way of an optimum manufacture of sophisticated visible parts and surface parts any more. Dedusting on the injection moulding machine with a throughput of up to 30 kg/h Our TS10 pellet-deduster combines a throughput of up to 30 kg/h with the option of large optical components and the return of ground material directly on the intake zone of the injection moulding machine, thus offering the highest degree of performance and flexibility. In addition, the TS10 pellet-deduster offers the possibility of using several dedusting modules together with a basic unit. As a result, the throughput is split between the dedusting modules. Pellet-deduster TS20
Central dedusting with a throughput of up to 120 kg/h Our TS20 pellet-deduster impresses with its strong performance and universal usability. With a throughput of up to 120 kg/h, the TS20 granulate deduster is particularly suited for dedusting virgin material and ground material. Volumetric dosing and mixing of the two components enables the ground material to be recovered centrally or at the injection moulding machine. Pellet-deduster TS30
Our TS30 pellet-deduster offers maximum performance at an optimum degree of dedusting. With a throughput of up to 600 kg/h, the TS30 pellet-deduster was developed for dedusting in large-scale mills or as central dedusting system for virgin material and ground material. Flexible and customised Our stainless steel silo solutions are available in the sizes 25 to 1,500 litres. All models are for both stationary or mobile use, with one or multiple intake connections. The closed design virtually rules out any material contamination.
