Products & services

PowerWeld 9000 - Absorbing to Absorbing
All the advantages of laser plastic welding – such as process stability, cleanliness, localized energy input, and fast cycle times – are now achievable for bonding two laser-absorbing materials. LPKF’s ATA technology expands the range of laser-weldable parts beyond current limitations. This innovation enables successful laser welding of complex 3D geometries, a broader spectrum of materials, various colors and properties.

TherMoPro - Software and Camera
The LPKF Thermographic Check System – TherMoPro – is the latest innovation from LPKF and can easily be integrated after the laser plastic welding process itself. It is the only commercial inline Quality Controll system that correlates to long-term performance tests. It captures a heat map of every welded part, detects failures non-destructively, and provides 100% traceable quality control, cycle after cycle.

TMG 3S
Material qualification by transmission measurement. Calibrated measuring device for the transparency properties of plastics. Ensures the quality of welding and end product.

TMG 3 Radial
Material qualification by transmission measurement. Calibrated measuring device for the transparency properties of plastics. Ensures the quality of welding and end product.

InlineWeld 6200/6400
The LPKF InlineWeld 6200 Generation 2 is the successful further development of the InlineWeld 6200. Thanks to its mechanical design concept, this system is ideally suited for integration into automated production lines.

RadialWeld 2200
Laser welding system for economical and reliable joining of cylindrical workpieces. For integration into the automated production line.

PowerWeld 3D 8000
High-performance welding system for particularly large components with 3D geometries, e.g. large automotive taillights. Perfect connection - functional and optical.

RadialWeld 2000
This modular system consists of a super-compact welding head with a fixed optic for creating a defined spot size within a certain working distance. Around that beam spot the integrator can move and rotate a part for laser welding. For radial welding moving the product circular around that spot, for contour welding moving the part on a x/y axis system.

LPKF InlineWeld 6000
The all new LPKF InlineWeld 6000 represents the newest and most compact integration machine within the LPKF InlineWeld series. The modular system consists of a welding head with optics, scanner and f-theta lens together with an external cabinet with laser and control unit.

PowerWeld 3600
The LPKF PowerWeld 3600 is the ideal stand-alone laser welding system for the production of small to medium-sized components in semi-automated manufacturing concepts. The new generation of the PowerWeld is even more flexible, faster, and more powerful than the previous version.
