Our automation-ready ultrasonic generators - iQ AiMTM, iQ Auto-Plus and iQ Auto-Plus - with the patented MPC (multi-point controls for multiple sonotrodes) are easy to integrate and provide consistent, accurate and strong welds for various plastic joining applications.
For joining large parts, we offer the VW6000 series vibration welding machines and the LFVW6000 series low-frequency vibration welding machines. These systems are Industry 4.0 ready and provide remote connectivity for faster diagnostics, data collection and service over the most common industrial communication protocols. Our latest vibration welding technology is equipped with our self-developed and user-friendly HMI software to ensure the most efficient process control by providing real information and functions. Such as time graphics of amplitude, force and distance information with additional data for controlling, monitoring, diagnosing and evaluating the welding process.

Hot Gas Welding
The following described patent-protected plastic welding process KVT-HotGasWelding is the state of the art 2-phase welding procedure, which is applied for substance to substance connection of injection or blow molded plastic parts. Whenever part cleanliness is priority, complex geometries have to be welded, weight reduced parts have to be fabricated, and maximum mechanical strength has to be achieved, HGW is the right choice.

Laser plastic welding

Electromagnetic Resistance Welding The EWS method
The EWS process particularly concerns the subsequent installation of metallic components and threaded inserts in plastic parts. The heating here and thus the plastification of the joining zones are made indirectly by non-contact heating of an available metallic component using electromagnetic energy. Thus, plastic parts with three-dimensional joining zones can also be welded.
