Machinery and material expertise

With 40 injection molding machines from Arburg, Ferromatic and Demag and clamping forces from 40 to 275 tons, we cover a wide range of applications from micro parts to functional structural components.

We process thermoplastics with shot weights from below 0.1 grams up to 800 grams. Our materials include, among others, PET, PA6, PEEK and TPE.

This enables us to produce components that reliably withstand temperature, chemicals, mechanical loads and the most demanding requirements.

The Tip Gun dispensing gun for compules is an ergonomic, manual tool for dispensing dental materials in compule format. It enables precise and controlled material dispensing and is ideal for use in dental practices and laboratories. At Schnitzer, the gun is fully assembled, quality-tested, and customized to customer specifications using pad printing. This allows us to offer our customers reliable, one-stop assembly, including marking. Gears, spur gears (straight teeth) in various diameters and colors made of engineering plastics, precision-machined using multi-cavity molds. Suitable for industrial applications and white goods (washing machines, dryers, refrigerators). In-house quality assurance: The high-precision FRENCO ZWP 06 double-flank rolling tester guarantees micrometer-accurate pitch, concentricity, and tooth flank quality – for durable, low-vibration gears. Advantages over metal gears: - Low weight and good damping for efficient drives. - Quiet operation, corrosion resistance, and integrated functions (shaft, coupling, detent lugs). - Economical for high-volume production due to injection molding scalability.
