IsoForm- Werkzeug
What is an IsoForm® tool? IsoForm® tools are holistically designed insulated molding tools with advantages for process reliability, quality and energy efficiency. We offer IsoForm® in the BASIC and PREMIUM versions, which differ in the type of centering and the degree of insulation. Both versions are available in many designs, e.g. with interchangeable insert modules and interchangeable plates, and are always insulated in the contour-forming area. The IsoForm® standard parts program was developed by the Konstruktionsbüro Hein GmbH and is distributed by our partner, Nonnenmann GmbH.

VorKon
Was ist VORKON und warum ist es so wichtig? Den größten Einfluss auf Ihre Bauteilqualität haben Sie zu Beginn des Entwicklungsprozesses während der Produktentwicklung. Hier werden die entscheidenden Weichen gestellt. Was am Anfang evtl. mehr an Zeit investiert wird, z.B. in Simulation und Optimierung, sparen Sie nachfolgend mehrfach ein. VORKON liefert im frühen Stadium der Produktentwicklung und / oder für die erste Kalkulation wertvolle Hinweise und Vorkonzepte innerhalb nur weniger Tage. Für ein Angebot ergibt sich somit ein Wissensvorsprung vor eventuellen Mitbewerbern und Vorteile für den weiteren Projektverlauf.

Werkzeugkonstruktion und Entwicklung
Tool design for plastic injection molding (thermoplastics, thermosets, elastomers) has been a successful part of our core business for more than thirty years. Our 3D tool design delivers molding tools that are state-of-the-art. It combines process reliability, a long service life, optimized venting, tool insulation and high precision. Our tool concepts are already ideally suited for fully automated tool changes.
