Heller Kunststoffe has been a specialist in the development and production of high-quality plastic profiles, tubes and cords for over 40 years. With around 50 employees, we deliver customized solutions for the automotive, electrical and electronics industries, construction, sanitary and furniture applications. From design and prototyping (3D printing) to series production (extrusion), we offer everything from a single source. Our focus is on functional, cost-effective and sustainable profile and sealing solutions, combined with close and reliable partnerships with our customers

By using 3D printing technology, we create near-functional prototypes to test fit, function, and geometry. Adjustments can be implemented before tooling begins, minimizing development risks and optimizing costs.
Werkzeugbau & Musterfertigung
Im eigenen Werkzeugbau entstehen passgenaue Extrusionswerkzeuge. Erste Prototypen sichern Funktion und Qualität – vor dem Serienstart.
Extrusion & Serienproduktion
Unsere Extrusionsanlagen ermöglichen eine zuverlässige und reproduzierbare Serienfertigung. Durch abgestimmte Prozesse und kontinuierliche Qualitätskontrollen gewährleisten wir konstante Profilqualität.
Konfektionierung & Verpacken
Wir stanzen, bohren, fräsen und sägen Profile exakt nach Ihren Vorgaben und übernehmen die individuelle Verpackung – inklusive Kundenlogo für den direkten Weiterverkauf.
