Melt Flow Indexer mi1
▶️ Our most compact entry model The mi1 is a compact melt index tester that offers maximum measuring accuracy. Thanks to the use of high-quality, measurement-relevant components, it offers reliable and precise results for plastics testing. Its design enables efficient and cost-effective incoming material and quality control. Thanks to its compliance with the ISO 1133 and ASTM D1238 standards, it is ideal for standardized measurements in laboratories and production. Melt Flow Indexer mi40
▶️ Highest precision with modular automation modules The mi40 marks the beginning of a new era in melt flow rate measurement. The mi40 has been specially developed for incoming goods and quality control (QC) and offers fully automated and highly precise determination of MFR (Melt Flow Rate) and MVR (Melt Volume Rate) according to ASTM D1238 and ISO 1133. The mi40 combines all the advantages of the proven MI-3 and sets new standards with a higher degree of automation. Due to the powerful drive with a force of up to 80 kg, materials can be pre-compressed or ejected in a force-controlled way - ideal for determining the Flow Rate Ratio (FRR). The test-plan-controlled, automatic weight selection with up to eight integrated weights simplifies operation and ensures maximum efficiency. Furthermore, automatic pre-compaction - optionally via weight or drive - minimizes operator influence and increases measuring accuracy. Highlights: - Force-controlled pre-loading/ejection via drive and automatic test weight selection - Multi-load measurements with up to eight different weights, ascending, descending or freely selectable - Time measurement accuracy better than 0.001 s - Temperature control algorithm, resolution 0 to 320 °C: 0.01 °C, 320 to 500 °C: 0.1 °C - High precision digital displacement transducer for volume throughput measurement with automatic resolution detection (0.006 mm/pulse) - Automatic weight selection

Capillary Rheometer RG20-120
▶️ Increased shear rate range The series of GÖTTFERT high pressure capillary rheometers is available with different test loads of 25, 50, 75 or 120 kN. The stronger versions such as RG75 or RG120 can achieve extremely high shear rates even with very high viscosity test material. Due to a unique and large variety of modular add-ons not otherwise available on the market, other material properties can be tested in addition to viscosity. It is possible to characterize all process-relevant material behaviors. RHEOGRAPH Add-on
▶️ Extend your Capillary Rheometer The RHEOGRAPH can be optimally adapted to the individual requirements of each application. In the full configuration, the processing behaviour can be comprehensively characterized. The basic GÖTTFERT capillary rheometer is designed to carry out viscosity measurements with plastics, rubbers and other materials. Elastomer-Testing MDR
▶️ Moving Die Rheometer The MDR ELASTOGRAPH is a measuring instrument for testing rubber compounds in a plastic state, during vulcanization and with vulcanized samples. The lower half of the die is controlled with a sinusoidal rotary movement, while the upper half of the die measures the torque and phase angle of the sample. With 45 years of experience in testing rubber compounds, the MDR ELASTOGRAPH delivers precise, repeatable and reliable results. Depending on the standard and material, the device can be equipped with different chamber systems - from open to hermetically sealed chambers in various designs. Optionally, the autoloader can be used to perform several tests automatically without the user having to intervene. - Measurements at 50 min-1 (0.833 Hz) / 100 min-1 (1.66 Hz) - Two frequencies at fixed or variable strain rate - Wide selection of test chambers for different materials (quasi and hermetically sealed: Shore, paste, biconical) - Very fast temperature control and homogeneous temperature distribution - Recording of deflection - Built-in Ethernet interface for data transfer to a PC

Elastomer-Testing RPA
▶️ Maximum flexibility The Rubber Process Analyzer (RPA) is used to analyse rubber compounds in a plastic state, during vulcanization and with vulcanized samples. The lower half of the die is controlled with a sinusoidal rotary movement, while the upper half of the die measures the torque and phase angle of the sample. With 45 years of experience in testing rubber compounds, the RPA delivers precise, repeatable and reliable results. Depending on the standard and material, the Vulkameter can be equipped with different chamber systems, including both quasi-sealed and hermetically sealed test chambers in bi-conical, Shore and paste versions. Highlights: - Standardized and customer-specific test chambers - Deformation- or stress-controlled operation - Temperature up to 230 °C with extremely fast temperature control and homogeneous temperature distribution in the reaction chamber - Deformation frequency from 0.001 to 120 Hz - Amplitude from 0 to ±360°, angular resolution of the drive 0.001° - Torque measurement range up to 25 Nm - Normal force measurement range up to 10 kN for the investigation of sponge and cellular rubber compounds and the effect of the blowing agents contained therein - Cooling rate up to 1 °C/s (optional)

Elongation-Testing
▶️ Drawability of polymer melts The patented RHEOTENS method enables precise measurements of elongational viscosity, while the HAUL-OFF system is optimized for higher haul-off speeds. Both systems work in combination with a Laboratory Extruder or Capillary Rheometer. In addition, the D-Melt offers a unique opportunity to test polymers for their extensibility under realistic conditions and at very low shear rates. Online-Rheometer
▶️ Real-time rheological measurements Our Online-Rheometers allow you to monitor the rheological and molecular properties of plastics in real-time and therefore gain important process information directly. With numerous optional extensions such as IR/UV or FTNIR determinations, you can further refine your measurements and optimize material quality. For even more flexibility, the Online-Rheometers can be upgraded to an AT-LINE Rheometer if required by connecting a Laboratory Extruder upstream as a melt dispenser - optionally with fully automatic material feed (Online-Sampler). ▶️ Versatile material testing In combination with a GÖTTFERT Laboratory Extruder, our Film Analysis System is an indispensable tool in the development and quality control of polymers and their blends. It enables a comprehensive analysis of material properties to ensure the quality and performance of film products. ▶️ Laboratory extruder X-trude series The X-trude series consists of compact laboratory extrusion systems for testing and processing polymers. The range of applications extends from simple melt dispensers for online rheometers (e.g., for determining the melt index, MVR, or viscosity) to downstream units such as film analysis (ALS) and fully automatic rheological measurement extruders (ALR) with continuous material feed via online samplers. - Variable use of available components - Optimization and coordination of drive data, cylinder system, and options according to customer requirements ▶️ Measuring heads The AT-LINE Station measuring systems combine laboratory precision with industrial robustness.
