About us
GHD Präzisions-Formenbau was founded in Großhabersdorf in 2007 and is still run by the owner today. A strong team of 27 highly qualified employees is currently working in the production hall in Rügland / Rosenberg, which was newly created in 2018. GHD's core competency is the design and manufacture of high-precision and complex injection molding tools for plastic processing. For this purpose, we have 900m² of production space with state-of-the-art machinery available at our Rügland / Rosenberg location. Our well-known customers come from many different industries; we manufacture tools for the production of parts for household appliances and personal care items as well as for the electrical engineering and automotive industries. We also count companies from the toy and medical technology sectors among our customers.
GHD offers everything our customers want, from planning and construction to production and service. We at GHD see ourselves as partners for our customers and suppliers. Together we want to achieve our goals sustainably and economically. Our experience in the field of design and tool production is very diverse and extensive. Thanks to our management system introduced in 2018, we are able to meet daily requirements and react quickly. Our portfolio is composed as follows:

We see team cohesion and in-house training as the basis for success. Our trainees receive optimal support from day one and are trained at the various stations in mold making. This enables us to achieve almost 100% of the value chain in-house.
