Products & services

Compatibilizer
The plastics industry faces growing demands for sustainability and environmental friendliness. Our proven MAXILOOP compatibilizer portfolio is designed to tackle the challenges involved in processing recycled polymers. Through the precise tuning of additives, we enable the creation of high-quality end products. MAXILOOP compatibilizers not only provide outstanding compatibility between different polymers to counteract processing issues, but they also optimize the mechanical properties of the end products. This leads to enhanced performance, improved recyclability of post-consumer and post-industrial recyclates, and expanded application possibilities.

Decorative Lasermarking
INDIVIDUALISATION WITH LASER TECHNOLOGY Our laser additives make it possible to permanently mark, label and decorate plastics. We provide comprehensive service from developing a project idea through to the realisation of it. Our laboratory has two infra-red lasers with wavelengths of 1064 nm that are used for trials and tests until the best quality marking has been achieved. COLOURS & EFFECTS THAT EXCITE Effect pigments are used in the decorative area of plastics as well as in the functional area and have become an essential part of modern product designs. Social developments and associated colour trends are constantly being researched. Selected colours are refined by special effect pigments and make the end product unique and worthy. The result of our effort and expertise is our annual COLOUR VISION series, a colour concept which is highly appreciated by branded product manufacturers, creative designers of consumer products as well as plastic processors.

NIR Black Masterbatch
Black and colored plastics place the highest demands on the separation of plastics recycling. With the widespread NIR sensor technology, the near-infrared spectrum reflected by the plastic is evaluated. Each type of plastic has a characteristic spectrum and can be identified, sorted and finally recycled. Up to now there has been a big problem with black and dark-colored plastics: the soot used for blackening in plastics absorbs a large part of the radiation both in the visible and in the infrared wavelength range. So far, it has not been possible to obtain a sufficient signal from black and dark-colored plastics and consequently these cannot be differentiated and sorted according to types of plastic. Characteristics: COTREP* – certified Suitable for all processing methods Food law approved The end product can also be laser marked Suitable for black and dark colors Technical properties are not negatively affected Soot-free colors ISO 9001,14000, 22000, 13485 certified production

Technical Lasermarking
Laser technology offers numerous advantages compared to other decoration methods. Laser marking is abrasion-resistant, chemical-resistant and weather-resistant and can even be applied to soft, coarse, stepped or curved surfaces. In addition, laser technology also excels through its high flexibility which makes it ideal for small batch sizes and rapidly changing layouts. We have been involved with the laser marking technology since 1995. Company or Brand Logos Barcodes and QR codes Promotion codes in beverage caps Food and cosmetics packaging with logos, scales, product information, expiry dates or decorative designs Marking of animal ear tags Safety seals and security tags Keyboards Interior and exterior automotive accessories Cables and pipes Electronic components Medical products and laboratory equipment Our product portfolio consists of laser additives and combination masterbatches – colour & additive –suitable for all thermoplastics. We provide comprehensive service at various locations, from project idea to realisation. Our infrared lasers, with a wavelength of 1064 nm, are available for trials and tests until the best marking quality has been achieved. In addition, we operate a network of competent partners who manufacture and distribute laser equipment or work with contract laser marking companies.

PFAS-free PPA Masterbatches
The Gabriel-Chemie Group is expanding its portfolio with innovative PFAS- and silicone-free PPA masterbatches based on hydrocarbon technology for modern extrusion applications. Developed to optimize processing performance while meeting current and future regulatory requirements, the solutions provide a high-performance alternative to conventional PFAS-based systems. Designed for applications such as blown films, cast films and pipes, the new PPA masterbatches improve process stability, reduce die build-up and machine pressure, and deliver excellent optical properties including high transparency, smooth surfaces and uniform film thickness. In view of the upcoming PPWR regulations and the planned PFAS ban in packaging applications from August 2026, Gabriel-Chemie supports customers with future-oriented solutions for reliable and efficient production processes.
